THE BASIC SUDOKU RULES

The goal of Sudoku is to fill all empty cells with the all kind of fish (one fish per cell) according to the next rules:

1. The fish of one species can appear only once in each row.
2. Fish of one kind can appear only once in each column
3. The fish of one species can appear only once in each region.
