xSnatch,
Read this for good luck
Okay, for people saying this game is too hard upgrade your fish, if it’s still too hard you’re just bad at it and it’s not too difficult. I haven’t had any problems with coins disappearing however when I try to double the coins the ads don’t pop up. Also I have the same issue as many others where there is no progress once you reach the mines or dark area. Although for the most part it is a very good game. UPDATE: I have been having this glitch where the swordfish glitches and kills me no matter where I’m at. Also relating to the swordfish, is it really necessary to make it so excessive in the higher levels. I still have yet to pass the dark zone because the depletion of the health bar is too high and no fish spawn in the area.

Needs more content
With a game like this, there needs to be a lot of variation in the playable characters and or mechanics or else the player will get bored of it and stop playing. There's just too little variation between the characters, to where it feels like they're just alternative skins. Also, I suggest giving the character more coins, or some other reward for playing. As it is now, it's far more efficient to check up on the tank once every 4 hours or so and use the coins to upgrade your fish. It's less playing and more waiting. This would be fixed if there was more reward to playing, other than new fish for the reason stated previously. Furthermore, I suggest buffing the upgrades or adding more of them. As it is now, the upgrades do practically nothing and it feels like you're spending your money on nothing. Also, the max level is too low, the fish feel practically the same before leveling as after.

Iffy
This game seems pretty fun and I want to keep playing it. But honestly it seems like every time I get to the fourth stage there are hardly any fish I can even eat and I die incredibly fast. Getting from stage 3 to 4 is easy because there is so much to eat then once you hit stage 4 the amount you can eat seems to go down by 90%+ and then it’s just not playable. I also find it ridiculous that the bigger fish don’t even have to be facing you to cause your death, all I have to do is touch one pixel of a larger fish and I die? Just doesn’t make sense, I’d much prefer if they had to be actually facing me and I had to touch their face to die. This game remind me of a flash game I used to play as a little kid and it’s just a shame it doesn’t play like how I want it to 😕. Best of luck to the developers though, I know people enjoy your stuff so keep at her I guess.
OKAY GUYS,
Bad RNG all the time
This game has multiple flaws. First I’d like to point out that sometimes the correct size of fish that you’re able to eat may not appear. Very rarely can I get 500 points in one run. Also ridiculous amounts of points to get one egg. And the swordfishes kill you if you are anywhere near, so you have to resort to going all the way up or down. Maybe implement a way to know what fish you can eat at certain sizes so you know which fish to avoid. Also sometimes the big fishes turn and kill you instantly even if you stop... when you size up the whole screen shakes and there’s a split second where you don’t know what’s going on and you run into a big fish. The color scheme for some fish blends in so well into the water that a lot of the times you just run into them. It’s a good game but there are so many flaws. I’ll continue to play, but I wanted to point these out.

Great game needs to fix bugs
It’s a fun game it really keeps you away from being bored all day. I can say more or less and can agree a little bit with some other reviewers saying it needs more content. I personally think it doesn’t need anything else ( apart from that last growth where you get with the mines thing that is extremely hard due to less fish and huge bombs) my only request is what I just said in the parentheses and also to fix some bugs. There are bugs like the sword fish if your far way from it sometimes it just teleports and kills you fast and also another one whenever you grow the fish that’s your size whenever you try to eat it you die. Although more or less this is a great game.
Dominic Studman,
Great game fun experience
It’s got great game mechanics and I enjoy the fact it’s not too easy and not too hard . It’s a great concept as well. The only problem I’ve ran into more than a few times is when the swordfish would come around I’ll see him glitch very quickly across the middle of my screen. Then it registers that I have got hit by the swordfish and I die. When you look for the swordfish you’ll see him somewhere else not by where you were swimming. Doesn’t make me want to stop playing, but it leaves us at an unfair advantage. If the devs are still updating the game I would love to see some new fish and such as well. But overall great game keep it going!
Catliberrrrrrrrty,
Needs improvement
I understand that this app is under development, so I hope to see more changes in the future. My biggest issue after the most recent update is that once I get past stage 6 (with glowing angler fish) the game is just too hard.

There is almost no possible way to make progress after that point because the fish spawn too far away from each other and there are new obstacles to avoid. If the hunger meter depleted at the same rate throughout the game, I would never see a problem.

My next suggestion has nothing to do with gameplay. Since this game quite obviously features a collecting mechanic, it would be pleasant to be able to view the stages of fish evolutions that you have already unlocked in the character selection screen. This will add more diversity to the game, allowing players to feel even more motivated to unlock their characters. The stages of evolution that are not unlocked can be represented by an opaque shadow or a question mark.

I truly enjoy the efforts that are made towards the aesthetic of this game, and think that being able to view your fish and their evolutions would make the game more stunning.

Keep up the good work, and it’ll be 4-5 stars next time!
Awes0meMan22,
PlaySide, check the ads first.
This game is great and I love playing it! I would give it 5 stars, but there’s a problem with the ads.. PlaySide CLEARLY doesn’t check the ads before showing them. I once received an ad of just a very over weight man in nothing but under wear and a weird face painted on his stomach and he danced for 5 seconds and then it was over. Another time o received an ad for the google gnome, but where it is supposed to say “introducing the google gnome” it said something in Russian in place of gnome really loudly and showed the Russian communist thingy on the gnome. Seriously PlaySide, implement some sort of ad verification.
Macandcheese6378,
Good game but kinda scary
There’s nothing wrong with this game in particular might be a really fun game for anybody else but it’s not fun of a game for me because I have Thalassophobia, and it really doesn’t help me get over it when playing a game that has some fish be bigger than the freaking sun. it’s genuinely terrifying and if I could play this game without getting scared, I would. But I’m sorry, The fish are just way too big for my tiny peanut brain to handle, but I’d recommend this to somebody who doesn’t have Thalassophobia. Overall it’s a good game, just not for me.
ourmemesaregone,
Great bones! But one slight complaint.
The game is pretty fun and addicting, I only have one thing which I wish would change. It’s way to expensive to have to upgrade every skin, I believe it would be better to just upgrade you “fish” and the skins are just “skins” it makes no sense to have to upgrade every new skin, it’s also way too expensive and makes the game a little less fun to play because I want to use my cool new skin, not the old one I was using.
