Don’t need it.
It is crazy that you can only stream on your home network. Almost all other providers let you stream out of your network. True you might not be able to stream all networks outside of home network but most providers let you stream quite a few channels.
Also don’t like that the app is not on the appletv. It is a much better streaming box than the one Hotwire gives you.

Useless
The app only lets me stream while I am connected to my home network. how is that useful when I’m away and want to stream my programming. Xfinity may not be perfect, but their app was reliable and I was able to stream most of my programming while I was away from home.

Fits what I need
New to Hotwire/Fision. So far, it has fulfilled all of our needs. As long as you are connected to stable internet, this app has worked perfectly so far.

Can only stream on home wifi. Can’t minimize on phone to half screen.

Can only use at home. I miss Xfinity but my dumb condo association wanted to line their pockets and forced this trash on us!

I have Fision plus and the app does not work

This ‘app’ that’s supposed to let us watch live TV, actually just opens another app FOR EACH CHANNEL! If I want to have the full 75 channels available, I need to have an additional 75 apps, and log in to each app (like ESPN, Discovery, etc). It is extremely clumsy.
Watching recorded programs from my ‘cloud’ DVR is only available in-home, or on ‘selected’ phones and tablets. The recordings cannot be cast (chromecast) to a TV. Airplay for iPhones is also not available.
There is no app for MOST smart TVs or devices, including Firestick, AppleTV, and Roku.
This is a HUGE step back in time!
