Exercise plans focus on Weight Loss, Strength Gain, or a combination of both which are tailored to all fitness levels including Beginner, intermediate, and Advanced. The mobile app specifically tracks the number of days sober and mood which influence recovery. Users do have the option to choose to connect with others on the app. Fit PACE is a community of like-minded users seeking healthy lifestyle change to maintain sobriety.
