Unable to login. Error message - already logged in on another device. The gym can’t seem to find a solution to resolution to fix this when asked.

Garbage app won’t let me login since it says I’m active on another device without the option to logout of all active sessions.

Can’t Log In
Apparently I am already logged in on another device. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. Resetting my password does not resolve the issue. This app was last updated 8 months ago, as of 25-July-2020. I think the developers (and Fitness One) have given up on us.

App Errors
My app will not let me open it to book classes. Every time I finally get it open it tells me I am logged in on another device although I have only ever used my phone. Even after deleting and re-downloading the app I am still having issues.

Update Made App Useless
The update pushed yesterday causes the app to open on a white screen. Doesn’t work at all anymore.
