The gameplay is pretty self-explanatory — move the pieces around to fit in the designated space. There’s no rotation or flipping of pieces, and colors don’t mean anything. Boring to play at the beginner level, but difficulty does increase, making it more fun.
Problems are...
A) Sound won’t stay off. Have to turn it off each time I open the game.
B) No landscape orientation for iPad.
C) No reset button.
D) Colors are ridiculously murky. The pieces are desaturated, and the designated space is gray, which means everything looks too similar. On the “select level” page, the tiny stars that indicate finished (yellow) and playable but not yet played (white) are also hard to differentiate. Why weren’t better colors used?! Grr!
E) Lastly, the full-screen ads that seem to have no rhyme or reason to when they appear are (of course) annoying. But I thought $1.99 was a reasonable price, and it’s definitely nicer without the ads.
