Observe how nutrition and fitness affect your body. Transfer key nutrition and fitness data from Apple Health to FitTrace where it can be analyzed alongside your DXA scans. Works with devices, such as watches, and apps that integrate with Apple Health.
Upload your DXA data to Apple Health. The following DXA variables are available: weight, body fat percent, lean mass, and BMI. Note that FitTrace Sync uses your DXA total mass for weight and to calculate BMI. Also, Apple Health's definition of lean body mass is fat free mass to FitTrace.
Note that FitTrace Sync requires that you already have a FitTrace account and that you have DXA scans stored in your account. Your DXA scans are transferred to FitTrace by participating DXA partners. For a list of DXA partners, see https://www.fittrace.com/partners/.
