All calculation screens have live updates now. In previous versions some screens required the user to press update or calculate to see a new result. The need for this has been eliminated. This improvement makes it easier to see what effect any of your changes have immediately.

Thanks for the 3" but
Thanks for adding the 3" options but since the download I can't select the 3!" option. The button doesn't go dark to indicate it is selected and as far as I can tell only the note pops up advising that the calc is for 3" with 2 1/2" couplings. Does the button not go dark? Is it calculating the DP correctly even though it is not "selected"?

Excellent App Must Have
Excellent app!!! Smooth solid operations, clean graphics, always works. Very accurate calculations with many different options. A must have for any firefighter. Developer is quick to respond to questions. Keep up the great work!!!

Basically a glorified calculator
This app doesn’t do anything that I couldn’t do with an Excel spreadsheet. The “Tips/tutorial” section links you to some kind of Asian pornography website.

Great App!
This is the app I've been looking for. I've had it for a couple weeks, and the calcs seem to be spot on -- I've double checked the results against the new guys/operator trainee's math, as well as my own.
It's good to have as a backup to our calc sheets, training, and pre-planning possible scenarios. I have yet to use it on a fire, but I think it would work fine. It won't replace using your brain though. As always: Know your hydraulic math, know your department's SOP's, know how to pump. This is just another good tool to have handy.

I love this app. I mean not only does it have equations, coefficients, and helpful points to do the job, it is a great way to take care of the 2:15am fire in a house brain locks. Well worth the money. Buy this and you will use it all the time

Best App for an Engineer
I have alot of hydraulics apps but this one tops them all. Especially coupled together with my waterproof iphone case (life proof brand) The Capt. actually thought I was texting during an incident LOL till he saw this app! Now he has it!

This "is" a nice App!
It has just about has everything...even drafting for you rural guys. It's got chart of all kinds. An actual engineer/chauffeur or instructor must of made this app, because THIS APP HAS DETAILS!

Fire flow chart
This is a great app. I've made entire friction loss charts for my dept. using long form. I find this app easy to use and always at my finger tips. Don't know if I will pull out my iPhone on the fire ground , it's a great tool I can use to teach. Wish it had same size multiple line coefficeints
