Description
FlipRAS is a learning tool designed for FlipRobot E310 series with a strong emphasis on fostering students’ computational thinking. According to their hardware assembly, students set up their DC motor and Servo motor on the editing area and create a timeline to see the robot’s action in frames. FlipRAS creates a learning environment that allows students to program different robotic solutions for various contextual, real-life problems. Powered by Arduino, FlipRAS is the most suitable programming tool to learn robotic controls and automation through the exploration of mechatronics designs and integration. The intuitive and user-friendly FlipRAS interface will allow inexperienced students to easily begin coding learning. Coupled with the CASE Robotic Curriculum, students will be able use STEAM education to further develop critical skill sets required in the 21st century: complex problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
Features
- FlipRAS is the first FlipRobot software for mechatronics designs and integration. Users may program the motors according to their hardware design and edit the frames to create a fluent robotic movement.
- By creating the frames of a timeline, users can edit motors’ angle and duration. While they click the play button, you will see the FlipRobot’s behave accordingly.
