• A vast library of professionally recorded Breathwork journeys ranging from 3 to 60 minutes. This library is being continuously updated
• Recordings of Richies previous live streamed Breathwork journeys
• Join a community and share your experiences with inspirational people all on the same journey as you - learning to use their breath with purpose
PAYMENT:
This app requires a subscription of £17.49 a month to access certain content.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

A godsend for those suffering from Long Covid

Dark Mode needed
This is a great app, but I wish there was a way to use it in dark mode. I reach for this app during frequent bouts of insomnia and the light from the bright white screen is jarring in the middle of the night.
