Deeper Than First Impression
Certainly on the most basic level this auto painting app is the richest, but working without the auto paint feature is far more interesting...
If you are a fan of StudioMee, get it.
If you are new to StudioMee perhaps you might want to begin with either PaintMee (I prefer the desktop version rather than upgrading the IOS version, simply because you have more options in OSX) or SketchMee (upgraded to save PDFs for vector art aficionados).
I would love to see the ability to show the various background textures through the brush strokes, sort of the way PaintMee can be set to show. If the developers can build in an alpha channel one can toggle on/off, it would be a great move toward a more realistic interaction with the wide range of substrates.
Second, it would be very helpful to repurpose the loupe which serves little use given the much more troublesome lack of ability to zoom in on the painting in progress—something that would allow control on a zoomed in level.
It's a rewarding app, 5 stars if these two features can be added, even if it requires an in-app investment for those who would like these features.

Where Is The Auto Paint Feature???
The automatic painting feature is what I loved most. Has it been removed? Sigh. Spending entirely too much time trying to get this app to work after the update that was supposed to simplify things. The update looked incredibly promising, but so far for me it's a bust. Will update if I'm able to figure things out.

Always loved it!
This app has been a favorite of mine for a long time. However, it is no longer working on iPhone XR. It keeps saying “user denied access” when I try to load photos. Please help! I got the other Foolproof app and it works. However, this app has better painting. Please fix this one!

Love this. Only issue for me is the controls to get to the menu are too close to the controls to paint. I accidentally open the menu the whole time. Please let us change the controls, or disable the magic view.
Also, give us a paint brush that uses the colors only on the screen. To touch up and fade better.

Oil painting made easy
Not only is this app as simple as it is functional, it also allows you to play around with your pictures. You can do so much more than just render something an oil painting. Through clever use of colors, you can turn your pictures into so much more.

Amazing! ...and Tons of Fun
This is -- without a doubt -- one of the coolest apps I've ever used. It's super easy to get great results. The first painting I created looked amazing, and it only took me a few minutes to create. This app is hours and hours of fun, and I would have gladly paid three times what they are asking for it.

Just downloaded and I have already made 20 "paintings" -- I LOVE this app. Such a creative take on my photos. Easy to open photos into the app, and share. Color options are great as well. Awesome that I can make movies of the process! The app is truly foolproof if even I can make a masterpiece!
