Fun, but...
This game is very fun and I've even gotten my daughter to play also. I have a problem though with the "extras" that you buy like the shampoo and bath oils. Why do you sell them when they can't be used? I thought they were supposed to be for improving customer moods but I can't use them when they are unhappy. The only thing that seems to work is the tea, but that takes a while to replenish. Also, can you find another way to earn diamonds? I know you can sometimes get them from the daily games, but otherwise you have to pay cash, which I'm not doing.
Ok, an update on my last review... I have since figured everything out and can't stop playing this game!!! PLEASE, PLEASE make more levels!!!!! You can earn diamonds every single day, which I didn't realize before (and when you play the 5th day you can earn 10!). I am at the point that I have played every single level MANY times. I have 3 stars on every level, over a million coins and over a hundred diamonds! I would really love to play past level 120!!!!! I'm sure you are busy with your other games but please take the time to update this game again and give your loyal fans some new levels!!!!!!!!!!

This app great I am level nine love it. I am looking forward to new levels when I reach maximum. For me I play on I pad and I get great graphics. Animation is great! The thing that bugs me THE MOST is an ad every single time after finishing a level. I think every other level you should get an ad! Animals are so cute too!
Keep playing even if you are frustrated by the way it gets really busy. Just like a book if it is boring I promise you it will get better!

I was so sad when they took pet spa out of the App Store a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if this one is from the same company but it has the same general idea so I was really happy when I saw the advertisement for it.
The game itself is a lot of fun, I think you should add more levels, often. You could even go as far as making another spa for us to start fresh, when we finish the first spa's levels. The new spa should be a bit more challenging.
I think it'd be fun f you added a level status feature at the end of each level where it shows how many points, your high score for the level, and how many pets of each mood you got in the level you just finished. If all the pets were at their happiest, you get a star for the level. This way people will have more motivation to go back to each level and play them again for the star.
Overall I think this is a great game considering how new it is, but it could definitely use some new updates to make it more fun. It's worth getting.👍🏽👏🏽

Boring after a while
I loved this game so much at the beginning but now I'm at level 60 and it's the same thing every level. There's no change or anything. On top of all that, every piece of equipment/furniture we upgrade takes way too long to upgrade. I mean 20 hours...really? I can't pass a level because I have to wait 20 hours so I can get a new piece of furniture. The wait time is ridiculous. Makes me not want to play when everything I pay 3000 for (which takes about 6 levels of playing to get one thing upgraded) and then I have to wait almost a day to get the actual upgrade. If this game is for kids, kids don't want to wait that long. I'm 20 and I've already lost interest.

I as a kid really like the game but when it comes to in-app purchases i think the price might be getting a little high also I really want to find a way to get more gems but overall the game is awesome😄 I have never even once gotten bored of it! P.S don't think the game is bad because of these things people say it just needs a little more improvements 😉 and again love it!

Very Nostalgic
I used to play this game a long time ago. I rediscovered this game and finished it! I’m rating the game 4 stars just because the wait time for upgrades takes hours & even days. You don’t need to upgrade everything to 4 stars to finish it. But otherwise this game is really fun! It gets high paced once you get into the level 100s. You don’t need to pay extra money to have a wonderful time playing it! I definitely recommend this game!

I love this game so much! It is so addictive! The only issue I have is that there aren’t more levels. I’ve played every level and have 3 stars on them all! I really hope that you work on making more levels and maybe even consider making more upgrades. In the mean time I’ll just have to play one of your other games! Love this app! Highly Recommend! 10/10!

I downloaded and played this yesterday and it has become my new favorite game!!!! The only thing weird about it was when I watched an ad for energy, the ad showed a fat Asian guy dancing ballet!!! Oooook. But I don't even care about that!!! Best game I've ever played!!!!!! Great job!!! No offense but this is way better than the Forest Folks house designer!!! Don't change anything this is perfect just the way it is!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Customizable?
I love the game however it would be a nice feature if you could change the wall colors or even choose the background outside the spa making it more customizable would be a dream come true being able to pick the style of chairs and colors and decor would add another level to this already amazing game

This game is very fun and I have played it for a long time, but I would appreciate if there were a couple of new things to play, however I do understand that this game is pretty good for its target audience. I wonder how long it would take to add a difficulty choice or maybe add a new section. Anyway, fun game, but it has been the same for years.
