Tpkyt,
Not for peole who hate to think
People who like to have ‚think outside of the box’ mental challenges rejoice! This game series does just that! I dont need a ball when I can use a head. Literalist go play EXiTS instead! Those who can use a pliars as table legs, this game is for you! I am stuck in very first area with different game mechanisms then Episode 2. Thats a bit harder as things arent working when I think they should with circle blocking where I would put item, but no worries because just seeing a tiny bit of walk through will teach me how and I will be fine then. I have Shaken Baby Syndrome, high functioning, and can still solve puzzles. This why I say if you cant do outside of box thinking, then go play a ‚hold my hand please’ game instead because this game is way better than that!!!! I may have brain damage but Ive been playing puzzlers to help heal my brain. I dont need my hand held. Thanks! signed former MENSA who still hates mom but forgave her

All time favorite trilogy
I like playing trilogy games and investigating games but this is by far the best game trilogy that I have played. Imagery and graphics are not cheap, everything is well lied out for the player to actually have to dig a little at their own pace with their own “think outside the box” ability without being so obvious. The game was creepy as well as packed with tons of puzzles and hints in multiple rooms and buildings. My step daughter and I got so into playing these games together we have purchased every single game from Glitch Games to play together! The story was so interesting and all episodes tie together to make you almost crave the next bit of the story because in the beginning games you don’t know who you are, why your character has bad memory, and why this is all happening. Glitch Games rocks, and I’m very excited to see if they’ll be coming out with new games. If so, ID BE HAPPY TO HELP TEST PRE RELEASE! -Paige and Lily 👩‍👧♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely-Hands Down-One of the Best Games/Stories
Id take a brick to the head if it meant getting to play this series for the first time all over again. I played these games a long time ago now and every time I see them when I’m on a quest for a new game I mourn that I cannot find anything close to their equal. My husband and I played together. It’s not always easy. But the uneasy, creepy environment, the storyline, the delivery.... everything about it was exciting and thought provoking! It required the player to fully immerse themselves in the game to unravel the narrative of our past. Please please give us more of this type of game. I’m writing this review after my annual follow up to see if anything new is listed as being even remotely similar!
ym9854,
You need clues for every step
1 was great, 2 was okay. This one was a let down. It’s as though they ran out of ideas. You basically need to rely on the clues or walkthrough for every step. Who thinks to grab an item, move the item to a different location, and then use a different item to manipulate the first item? If the two items were functional items, it would make sense and you may think of it but these were too outlandish. Who thinks to put ripped up wallpaper into a printer, or cut the shovel because you need a stick-like object. It’s like wearing pants as a shirt - I don’t have a clean shirt so I’m going to make do by wearing my pants as a shirt today? Anything and everything goes that is impossible to figure it out. It’s like in episode 2 where you use a doll’s head as a basketball. I don’t have a ball so I’m going to use a doll’s head instead? They’re too vague and a stretch that you would never think of it. It’s like they crammed as many ridiculous tasks because they ran out of ideas. This wasn’t really a puzzle. Nothing is what you would think to do because they’re so far-fetched.
jfhfjfhvvh,
Map is way too big
I really enjoyed Forever Lost Cabin, 1, 2, and granted there were some fun, clever puzzles to the third chapter. The reason I’m only giving it two stars is because the map has well over 20 rooms right of the bat (that’s a generous number) and there were a few puzzles that were definitely a stretch. Ive played many escape room games including all the cube escape and forgotten hill games (all of which I loved). I’ve completed several of them without any hints and I only needed at most two hints for the rest of the games in this series. This one however I needed a hint every 30 minutes, and going back and forth to the other ends of the map was just so time consuming and frustrating. On top of having to remember every little detail in all 20 rooms in my opinion gets to be too much. All and all its ok. I would be a little easier on it if the conclusion to the story which I was really invested in up until this point wasn’t so cheap.
s2mySerendipity,
I don't even know where to start...
The Forever Lost Trilogy was absolutely amazing. I don't ever bother to write reviews for anything, but this series is just way too amazing that I encourage everyone to buy it! Each episode of the trilogy gets harder as you progress. I didn't have to use the hint system in 1 or 2, but FL3 got so difficult for me that I had to. I wish the hint system was more ambiguous though. The hint system kind of takes away from the discovery process because of the imagery.

The graphics and environment were really well designed. My heart was racing once I got to the Manor and asylum because the ambiance of the place just gives me the chills.

I've never played any non-console games that has this rich of a storyline. The developers of this game did an amazing job in keeping you captivated with the story even though there are barely any story telling moments or cut scenes. The story is left for interpretation.

The ending is a masterpiece. I love how well the developers tied all three games of the trilogy together + Cabin Escape: Alice's Story.

I WISH THERE WAS MORE. I thought there would be a 4th installment because of the icons of the app but the ending of FL3 definitely tells me that there will not be a FL4 😭
Anne-Marie1205,
Absolutely worth the wait!!!
My favorite point-and-click game series in the App Store (even over The Room 1 & 2 and Nancy Drew Ghost of Thornton Hall). After playing both of the previous episodes a year ago, I was so antsy waiting for the third and final one to be released. It did not disappoint! Graphics are beautiful and everything flows so well. The puzzles are challenging and thought-provoking, but not frustratingly hard. The storyline flows so beautifully with these three games and I'm so glad I decided to replay the first and second episode to refresh before diving into the third. I'm bummed that I have nothing else to look forward to with this series, but I'm grateful for Glitch Games actually making an incredible adventure game and not just another stupid hidden object game in the App Store!
How2bwiz,
Mind-Blowing!
It started with just finding a past time game, when I came about the Cabin Escape. When I finished that, I didn’t had second thoughts of getting the next one except it was a bundle of 3. Get this, I’m never a fan of getting the next part of games because for me it’s just a waste of $. I can easily let go of games and move on to the next, but this was definitely AN EXCEPTION.

I was really hooked and always wanting to finish the next thing I can unveil until I’m at least completely satisfied enough to put my phone down.

IT WAS SO WORTH buying the bundle! OMG! Each of the episodes gets better and better! I mean I was literally on the edge of my seat at the very end. My mind was blown! Loving it, is such an understatement. It’s highly recommended to everyone!!! Producers, artists, everyone who worked on these games. JOB WELL DONE!

PS: There’s a bug on Episode 2.
1. Open app
2. Select hints
3. Play game
4. Return to home
5. Select hints
6. Select a hint
7. Notice that the box doesn’t fully open. The hint after is on top. Only workaround would be to close the app then revisit the hint.

Other than that, game itself is perfect! Don’t change a thing.
Silver the Bread Kittener,
Really amazing trilogy
I’ve been bed bound from a recent injury and I’ve played through all three of the Forever Lost games and I’ve been beyond impressed with each of them, and this third game was the undisputed best. I love that now I was able to put the photos I took in game on the screen to help with solving puzzles and I love that everything seems to move much more smoothly than in the past forever lost games. My only complaint is that the photo catalog is very difficult to organize, from what I can tell there is no distinguishing order to the photos based on how recently they’ve been taken, but it was more an inconvenience than anything else and it was still such an amazing game to play.
Eskins.5,
Can't finish the game because of GLITCH
I loved these games. I've been spending hours off and on when I have down time playing and love the store so far, don't know how it ends since I can't get past the Ferris Beuller's Day off arcade game chapter. There is no back button to let me back out and the only other option, which I think is silly, is to choose the last place you were in the game to load or start all over. I gave two stars bc I absolutely love the story, graphics, detail, music, etc. If this glitch didn't happen I would definitely give 5 stars but now I have no idea what even happens. If you buy now you're wasting your money. There are other complaints from a few months ago complaining about this and it still isn't fixed. Maybe since it's not one of their brand new games they aren't as concerned with fixing it. Really sad :(
