The future of makeup tutorials!!
This app’s video feature is the best part. I follow a lot of YouTube/IG tutorials for stuff like contouring and different eyeliner styles. This app takes it to the next level — you basically see the tutorial on half the screen and yourself on the other half (uses your front camera). You can follow the tutorial and see your own results side-by-side.

Is this made for children?
Not sure why this has so many great reviews... the tutorials are extremely basic, “eyeliner”, “nude eyeshadow” and “lipstick”. It had me scratching my head wondering just who this app is targeted to. The instructions are given very slowly with a lot of hand to gestures, it may be meant to include non-English speakers? For example, one tutorial about applying lipstick goes as follows, 1. Get lip balm, 2. Apply lip balm, wait TEN min. 3.use lip liner to draw line from cupids bow to. Outer lip, etc., 6. Fill in lip...??? Not exactly a mind blowing info 🤨

Game changing
It's a game changer to watch the tutorial at the same time as I try to do my makeup. Now I'm less likely to smudge my eyeliner as I move my head back and forth from the laptop screen to the mirror. Love love love it! I wish someone would have thought of this before.

Great for practicing makeup
Really cool app! Being able to watch myself on the same screen as the make up tutorial makes things SO much easier. I hope they add more content in the eyeshadow section. Really like what they have so far.

As a non-expert, this app has changed the way I view and put on makeup. Very easy to use and I feel supported when trying new things. I recommend this app to anyone who loves makeup but could use direction on its application and styles.

There’s a section of this app about face yoga that no one has commented on yet - can confirm that it’s a great new feature that I think is very innovative. An instructor leads you through a series of relaxing facial exercises that can improve your overall tone and glow!

Makeup game is much stronger now
I really struggle using makeup at home, it just doesn’t come easy to me. But smart mirror figured out my face shape and shows me models who look like me to follow along with - my makeup game has gotten much stronger! Looking forward to seeing more tutorials

Smart mirror is awesome for learning techniques and trying them out real time! I was able to practice with the video rather than having to multitask with a video and another mirror - super useful
