Game changer!
Where has this been all my life!? I have yet to come across anything that dives into such an important topic that is needed by all. The tools, support, humor and honesty around forgiveness and what it means/feels to forgive someone but also (and most importantly) forgiving ourselves!! This topic and discussion needs the head seat at every table so we can all finally set ourselves free!

Healing in the Palm of my Hand
