Formulus Free Hack 4.0.1 + Redeem Codes

Excellent app!

This app an incredibly convenient one to own, especially if you're like me and are constantly going to google or wolfram alpha to find the mathematical formula for something you should have memorized. I highly recommend it.

I tutor calculus students for a living and this app is perfect for me - I know the material, I just can't remember all the formulas.

There is no interactivity. It's just a big PDF with a bunch of formulas and an occasional line of explanation. Beginners may frustrated in part because the organization is not great, but since it's free, you might as well have it.

The good news: there is a ton of stuff here, and it is all accurate as far as I can tell (exception: I can confirm an error in Simpson's rule that another reviewer pointed out). There is a sizable section on differential equations (including Laplace transforms), but not much on multivariable calculus.

Problem: there is a glitch with the headers. For example, when I was looking at derivatives, the header said "Algebra & Geometry."

The main complaint I have is that certain things have been overlooked. The derivative of an inverse function is missing. The section on complex numbers does not include Euler's formula. There's no mention of radius of convergence.

The list of power series expansions is too short - surely it should have cos(x), ln(x+1) and the binomial series. In the integration by parts section, why not include the tabular method? By and large, the list of integrals was shorter than I expected, but it does cover the basics.

It would be nice if this had a feature that allowed users to add their own notes (and corrections!).

But it's free, so you can't complain.

I'm taking a math class in college currently after a year without one. I forgot many of the formulas I memorized in high school, so I downloaded this to help me refresh. This app is so convenient, it has all the explanations and formulas I need in one place!

Great app, love it. FYI, there's a mistake in the power series expansion. For cos(x) you used cosh(x) which is not the same. The power series expansion for cos(x) is an alternating series, on the other hand, cosh(x) is the power series of cos(x) but you have to take the abs value of each term (not the same as abs val of the whole series). I just wanted to point out that typo.

It's great I can understand it and Im in middle school simple enough to understand but very complex. oh and rcv shut up. you all should try the settlers that's a good game try the free to see if you like or need for speed undercover oh but no free for NFSU

It's a very good listing of useful formulas in high school/college math. I noticed two small errors (the abs(a)>=0, not just >0 and the change-of-base formula actually needs to CHANGE the base) and the formatting had a weird moment (why are the if...then statements for l'Hospital with two bullet points while all other conditions are in the same one?).

This app is extremely useful & I'm grateful that it's free, but as others have mentioned there are a few things that would make it a 5 star app:

-Show some worked examples.
-Make Algebra & Geometry separate categories.
-Have a search feature to quickly find which formula you need.

It looks great so far, with school out I won't have a chance to try it out until next fall. I would like a better description of the differences between the free one and the buyable one.

This app is perfect for anyone who needs an easy to use and fast way to access any equation in calculus class. This is one of the greatest study tools in app store to date.
