Foscam Viewer Hack 1.2.1 + Redeem Codes

1-Left app open on phone ( in drawer- not even watching) at work for a couple of hours & ended up with $100 bill from cell phone company because it couldn't connect to wifi & used cellular data. Make sure to go into settings, cellular, foscam & turn off its ability to use cellular data.
2- new app has trouble connecting remotely

For years, this has been the only genuine Foscam app which allows you to view four cameras at once on your iPhone or iPad. One of its biggest advantages is its ability to use P2P technology to connect to your cameras. With P2P, you're not required to do all the technical work of setting up your cameras and your router to do port-forwarding. It's been a very useful app, even though Foscam has decided to stop supporting it or updating it. For remote viewing, this app continues to fit my needs however, it could desperately use some maintenance and bug fixes. The new app Foscam came out with to replace this one is total garbage, and simply useless. Their new app can only view one camera at a time and it's painfully slow & unreliable. My Foscam equipment is totally useless without this app functioning properly. I'm not sure why Foscam decided to abandon this app. In conclusion, Foscam is not a reliable, professional security solution, as indicated by their abandonment of this app. I would recommend against purchasing any of their products to anyone considering it. Low quality equipment and poor customer service is all Foscam has to offer. I really wish they would reconsider their decision to abandon this app. With a few upgrades and bug fixes, this would easily be a 5 star app.

Seriously... this isn't fixed yet? It can't be that hard.... and no update to app in how long? I don't want to use your other app which is even worse than this. Fix the startup issue(s) and this app is just fine.
The does mostly everything I want it to do. The one thing that will make or break this app at anytime is the time it takes to use it (start it up). I agree with the others that say the new splash screen needs to be removed. And more importantly, the app should auto connect to the four cameras I tell it to or had last viewed/set. It takes way too long to launch the app, then go and manually click on the cameras I want to look at. It seems that if I do that and close the app and go back in a short time later it works fine but after a longer time, like a few hours or overnight, I have to select the cameras again. Not useful for needing to look at something quickly in the middle of the night. I would give it 5 stars instead of 2, it the cameras were selected correctly each time

Before the most recent update, I was very happy with app. I would give it 4stars! Now I give it 1 star. Why? The start up has a new window that says "Everything new is fine!" This slows the opening of the application where I don't want to wait 3 to 4 seconds until this screen disappears.

I do not know the reason why the programmers added this but it is very annoying and very frustrating and that in itself makes me not want to recommend Foscam to friends...

Please everyone complain so they will remove this page!

Easy to setup & use, but PLEASE add the ability to turn "on" & "off" the motion detector. What good is being able to control your camera through your phone if you can't control one of the best features....Motion Detection. PLEASE add "On/Off" controls to motion detection. Then I will give this app 5 Stars.

...*Sigh. Updated & still no controls for "Motion Detection". **Another update and still no "On/Off" Motion Detection switch.

This is the only genuine Foscam app that supports multi-camera viewing, landscape mode and viewing on iPad. Now it won't be supported anymore? Foscam loves to sell their cameras, but they don't provide app support after you buy them. I'd recommend avoiding Foscam products, since they don't care to provide a decent app to support their cameras. This app is far from the best, but it worked for viewing multiple cameras in one screen, landscape mode, etc. The new "Foscam App" is useless. Please reconsider updating this app! Very disappointing!

Called Foscam support as I lost viewing camera I landscape mode on my iPad. Support rep stated this was a recent feature? Who in their right mind would ask to have your camera view locked in portrait mode and be reduced to 1/3 of the viewable screen. They say they haven't had any other complaints! Guess the don't count the reviews on this app. Very disappointed the developers took away landscape viewing in iPads. Please complain!

Foscam has changed for the worst, same opinion about this app. It was great app, now they are forcing us to to provide emails and sign up in order to use their cloud, don’t trust any cloud system how do I know that I am not losing my privacy. Everything are in those little and small letter. If I just wanted to have access to my cameras, no other option than trash these ones and get other brands.

Everything was perfect before this last update. Other then the annoying "Everything New is Fine" splash screen the app also will not connect to my cams successfully more then once without hard restarting the app each time. Please fix this!!! I do not like the other Foscam app because you can only view 1 cam at a time.

The "Everything" phrase is an awful Korean to English translation that makes no sense. But that's not what makes this so bad. It's the fact that I load in a number of home cameras and it only decides to "remember" about 2/3 of them. Very poor. Don't bother writing because I don't think the English is so good there.
