Improvements to MyTeam views.

Tapping a player in team view to get performance data. Comparing against other players in the same price range.
Your team view will also show the status of your chips (wild card, free hit etc).
Your team view now shows the value of your team and how much you have in the bank.
The points tally now takes into consideration any chips being played.
