To convert steps to FA.Steps, HealthKit is used (to read steps from Apple Watch), for this you need to connect your watch in the Fridn.Extracting -> FA.Step section, after that the steps will be loaded from the watch. To re-synchronize, you need to select the connected device in that section, make a swipe to the left and call Extract to load new data. The system only reads steps and no other information!
