Searching For Music
Overall I believe the website FRP live is wayyyyyy better, I would just love you guys to fix the search engine. When you search for a song with the title it doesn’t pop up, even when you add the artist it doesn’t, for about 40% of the music on here. I have to go to the artist and click page by page. A little time consuming. Overall I’m satisfied

Just does not work
Maybe it’s me, but I’ve tried this several times and it simply doesn’t work. It doesn’t sync with my laptop, it doesn’t show the tracks I’ve “downloaded” on the app on my phone or ipad, the app on my Mac gets hung on one song even through I’m trying to preview others. I love the idea, but look forward to a working solution. Today isn’t that day.

Great idea, but confusing...
First off, this is a Great companion app for this record pool subscription. It allows you to preview new records while on the go or even in your down time between gigs or at meetings, etc. The downside is that it says that you can Download the records you want in addition even create folders to put that music in... only this that where does the music go? I would think that it put it in the specified folder to download later on your computer but it doesn’t. It’s doesn’t even show it in your list of downloaded music on the website so now I’m confused as to whether I have that record now or not. It doesn’t even create a folder on you phone (that I know of). I just wish this was fixed or at least clarified...

Looking good but needs more functionality
What good is it to have folders in the app if you can only save to the default folder? You search for a track and open the folder you want to save it in but there is no option to save it there. Your only options are "make default folder" and "create new folder". So for those of us with several folders for different genres/time periods we have to keep switching the default folder. Then back out of the folders menu and tap the "Save to default folder" icon. It's pretty unintuitive, please fix this gaffe.

Spins
Before Spins was updated, I was able to download music on the go and get home, turn my computer on and download them to my external. I can’t do that now! Please look into this. It’s really no reason to have Spins if that can’t be done.

Could be batter
You can find the music but saving it is strange because you have to make s folder inside a folder to save it. Then if you are sampling a song and wish to keep searching you can not save from the playback bar, so you have to go back and find it. It says it works with your account on your PC or Mac and I have yet to see that work. I think it's great FRP got an app working but it still needs work.

Great as a companion app to listen to music on the go, but the where do the download tracks go? Where are the folders that were created??

Finally!!! Now I can download my tracks anywhere via my phone and it goes directly to my laptop crates!!! Big up to Franchise this is fire!!!!!!

Waste of time and money
My advice to anyone Don’t use this service so complicated to use plus after canceling you access don’t go to the end of bill circle, you actually get cut out immediately, a lot of empty playlists on their site as well

I can’t access my account on this for the past month now just Swiss Authorization denied why can’t they get this app working this is absolutely ridiculous
