Then you are probably no stranger to the abbreviations RFT, EMOM, AMRAP and HIIT.

FTW - Functional Training Watch is a standalone Apple Watch app, wich will help you keep your workout times and rounds on your wrist and out of your head.
The app is designed with ease of use and helpful feedback in mind.
It helps you concentrate on your tasks during the workout and analyse your performance afterwards.

All the data is kept on your Apple Watch. No phone, or internet connection necessary.

With your permission, the app integrates with Apple Health, which enables heart rate, energy burned and vo2 max data collection.
The integration allows you to observe heart rate live during the workout and find the workout data in Apple Health and Fitness apps.
