This update is about You. More specifically: your athlete profile. We want to motivate you to be more active and to do more workouts.
* Renewed athlete profile view:
You get a much clearer picture of your workouts, and you can see in what time you have completed the workouts. In addition, you will get a monthly view of how many workouts you have completed this month. The number is single-digit? Then you have to do more workouts.
* Quicker App:
We've made the app faster for you! Under the hood, we have improved little things that make for more fluid workouts and quicker handling.
We do not stop working on the app and think about improvements and new features every day. Something missing in the app? Contact us via Whatsapp, Facebook or e-mail - we will reply asap! You need tips on training, nutrition or the like? We are there for you!

This update is a nice one: You asked for more training plans - you''ll get more training plans. With this update, we'd like to present to you: Your Personal Training Plan; and it is completely free!
We provide you with multiple training plans to help you reach your destination faster. Your journey to success begins with these new training plans, which will accompany you and help you to improve your overall fitness.
*My Training Plan: Training plans for 4, 6 or 8 weeks to burn fat, build muscle or fatten all around. Your coach will tell you which workout is the right one to achieve your goal. Try it, push through it and follow your progress!
And this is how it works:
**How long should your training plan be? You can choose between 4, 6 or 8 weeks. If you are a newcomer, we'd recommend you to try out the 4-week plan. If you already know our workouts and know what's going on in the training period, you can choose 6 or 8 weeks directly.
**How often do you want to train? In order to become perceptibly fitter, we'd recommend to train at least 3 times a week. If you combine the bodyweight program with another sport, it's also ok to train 2 times a week. If you are really fit and can't get enough, choose 4 or 5 times to become a pro bodyweight athlete!
**How fit are you? Choose "beginner" if you are a beginner, did not exercise for a longer period and want to get started. Choose "advanced" if you train regularly and are able to do 20 push-ups or burpees without a break. If you are very fit and are able to do 50 Burpees without a break, then you should choose "professional".
**The result will be a training plan that will make you fit over the next weeks and that will provide you with workouts that fit your training goal regularly. The best thing: it’s completely free. No hidden costs.
As you can see, we never stay put and provide you with updates on a regular basis. We want you to succeed and we do work hard for that.

This update is about searching and finding better in your favorite workouts in your favorite bodyweight app. Therefore, we have made the following changes:
*New "Home" View:
With the new "Home" view, you have a better overview of all available workouts. Whether it be an alphabetical sort of workouts or the curated lists, which we specially compiled for you. Finding the right workout is even easier now.
*New workout filter
You can now also use different filters to find your favorite workout. The filter options are for example:
- Duration of a workout (0 to 10 minutes, 10 to 20 minutes etc.)
- Body part (full body, abs, legs etc.)
- Difficulty level (easy, medium, hard)
- Workout type (2x2, Pullups, Tabata, Martial Arts etc.)
- Equipment (pull bar, more to come)

It's time for a great update again!
We've added some new features and fixed a few bugs. Also, your reviews and feedback were heard! All workouts for all users are now for free! You now have access to all workouts - even without a coach subscription! This is already a good reason to give us 5 stars ;-)

*Completed workouts are now displayed synchronously in the Bodyweight app and in our new Six Pack app!

Detailed Description:
NEW: We just recently released our new "Six Pack" app (also available on the App Store). The Bodyweight app and the Six Pack app are synchronized along your workout history. You'll see your completed workouts in both apps at any time! Just download our new Six Pack app and try it out!
NEW: We've added a lot of more workouts! You now have the opportunity to do more strength workouts or workouts for your beach body incl. exercises for abs, legs and glutes! Just give it a try!
NEW: With the new Progress Bar it is now easier to follow the current progress during the workout!
NEW: For our Coach Users: You can now save your Coach Workouts and mark them as finished, even if you did not fully completed it.
FIX: Within the Challenges and Pullup Workouts there was occasionally a bug, which took you to the Cooldown phase during the workout. This bug is now fixed and we hope it did not affect your workout too much.

NEW:
From now on we have Pull-up Workouts in your body weight app! Especially when you want to build strength and muscles, exercises on the pull-up bar are just right for you. Your 4 pull-up opponents are:
- ADRIEN
- CARL
- KEITH
- TEDDY
These workouts are tough! ADRIEN and TEDDY are a mix of pullup exercises and body weight exercises. CARL and KEITH are pure pull-up workouts.
Just when you are new to the pull-up bar, CARL and KEITH are great for a slow entry into the pull-up world.
You think pull-ups are difficult? Do not worry, as usual there are the workouts in 4 different levels. Enter the first level and fight slowly. Only this way champions are made!
Why should you train pull-ups at all? There are several reasons. On the one hand, you put a new training stimulus, which in turn has a positive effect on your total fitness. And on the other hand you strengthen your back muscles. In our training group in Heidelberg/Germany, many athletes have also found it hard to perform pull-up workouts. But everyone kept trying and now we have real pull-up experts within our training group!

***New warm-up tutorials!
We have included new warm-up exercises, so you can prepare perfectly for your upcoming workouts. The new warm-up program starts automatically as soon as you start a workout.
Our tip: Many of our athletes have noted that a warm-up is extremely important to reduce the risk of injury in a workout! So now you can just try it out for your next workout! In the settings, you can specify whether your warm-up program should always start before a workout. But do not forget: The warm-up program brings you into the right operating temperature! You will feel a power boost within your workouts!
***New cool-down tutorials!
After our intense and hard workouts, various metabolic end products are produced in your body, for example "lactate". With our coold-own program, you can help your body to break down these substances even faster. So the regeneration phase is much shorter for your body!
Our tip: Cool-downs are easily forgotten after a workout! You can deactivate the display of the cool-down in the settings view, but we recommend you always to perform our short cool-down program!
***Create your own profile!
You can now personalize your favorite workout app and create your own profile including profile photo. Your workout history is now saved directly in your profile and will not be lost even in the case of an iPhone change! This is only the beginning. In the future further functions will be enabled for your profile! Stay tuned!
***New settings in the app!
From now on, you can manage different items and options in your favorite workout app. For example, we've made it even easier to manage your downloaded exercise videos and delete those, that are no longer needed.
