It’s nice to shop at a store that likes to keep things simple and has a positive attitude and tries to make things better when they go wrong. The app has the same sort of vibe. I’ve been using it for months now and it’s mostly worked okay enough, but this new version seems way more solid, and the design got trimmed down and focused. Usually when apps do a big update, they get more and more complicated. It’s nice to see an app do the opposite, pick a couple of features and make them as good as possible.

I created an account since I signed up at the store and noticed that I had some coupons at the bottom of my receipt it you have to maintain those coupon numbers… I’m never going to save those or remember I have them so I’m wondering if this is even worth it. I figured the app would be an easy way to save those to use later.
First thing I noticed is that it doesn’t ask if you have an existing card# that you could use. I thought maybe since the Cashier took my email it would connect through there, it doesn’t and creates a whole new card# without a way to change it so it doesn’t reflect my purchases and points properly.
Second, I signed out and now can’t sign back in. I’m going to wait 24 hrs and see if it will let me log in tomorrow (I just created the account). Reading past reviews doesn’t sound like that will happen.
Other than the card number I haven’t played with the app.

I love this store! I love the layaway feature that is all year round like what Kmart did! Reminds me of a better Ross. I cannot complain about anything in the store! Personable staff and great selections of clothing, toys, pet supplies, home decor, etc!

Only thing I would change is having a weekly or monthly ad on the app! I wish I could get a catalog or Ad for the holiday sales.

Recently signed up using my Christmas receipt. For starters, I had difficulty signing up using the website/app, so I had to call in (and wait days for a return call) to do it.

Second, only three coupons showed up even though I spent over $700.

Third, the cap is eight coupons, which is just kinda lame and has nothing to do with the app, but it’s worth mentioning to anyone who might want to know.

Fourth, after the customer service representative added my five remaining coupons manually, my app shuts down instantly when I try to view them. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

I can look at the rest of the app just fine, but not my coupons.

The only good thing I will say is all the customer service people have been great. But I would really rather not have to talk to them every time I want to get something accomplished.

Simple app that makes it easy to scan your rewards card or find coupons. Not overwhelming and confusing like so many other store apps.

App Crashes all the time !!! And when you can get it to work newly earned coupons don’t show up even after 24 hours later (stupidly the old coupons - already used - are still listed). Because of this ridiculous app I was denied my $10 discount. I’m incensed !!! Like others have said the CS is a complete joke. It is almost like these folks could care less about their customers. I want my $10 refund!!! Save yourself the grief with this app & this company!!!

I have an existing rewards account with active coupons that are sporadically sent to my email. I have never been able to log into the app. I’ve tried hitting the reset password option but a reset email never makes it to my inbox or spam. I’m at a loss. What am I supposed to do? The website just says to put my email in and follow directions. Can someone help? Otherwise this app is completely useless for anyone with an existing account created in store!

The app no longer functions under iOS 16. Ever since the update, when I try to login to the app, the login button remains greyed out when my email and password are entered. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Please update the app. It was very useful for ease of access to rewards and sale information without going direct to the website. Thanks!

Once again this app does not work! Everyday I have to attempt to enter my password and attempt to change it. Everyday it does NOT work. Fix the app. I called customer service & they are NO HELP! Fix it or DELETE it! People are having problems and it is NOT my phone. Your so called APP SUPPORT is NOT what you make it out to be. It goes directly to the app and again I can’t access getting into it. Fix it!!!

They probably fired the only person responsible for maintaining the server and app. Login on app and website has been down for months. No access to coupons nor digital rewards card. At least the emails are still working so I get notifications when a coupon is about to expire.
