Big buck$$ to play,
Needs work
This game definitely has potential, but needs a lot of work to be a game I would pay money to play. For starters, the documentation is almost non-existent. You have to learn what to do by trial and error. There is nothing to hold your interest for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. You log in, set 1 building to upgrade, set 1 research job, send out an expedition, then log out for a couple of hours till something is done. It takes 1-2 minutes, tops. I've searched and searched for something interesting to do, there just isn't anything. The galaxy map (where you interact with other players) is seriously lame. It's just a list of planets...not a map at all. The graphics and layout are great. Give me something fun to do, like piloting a ship in battle, and you might have a good game, here.

Time consuming
I have to give this game up. It just takes too much time. The key to this game is similar to Celtic Wars- time your attack launches so they arrive at the target at the desired time. Sometimes this will require you to lose sleep in order to launch at the correct time. If you're willing to sink your life into this, at least for a little time, then this game has a lot to offer. Contrary to other reviews, documentation is enough to get you through. There's lots of building, resources to collect and galaxies with lots and lots of planets to colonize or capture. It was fun until it started taking up too much of my time.

New version destroyed the game
I've been playing this game for many years, it has gone through its growing pains through the years but the 3D update completely destroyed the functionality of the game. The developers won't listen to the loyal players feedback and have subsequently destroyed the game from what it was. The new version is what some two-year-old will enjoy with pretty pictures in bright colors. But for the players that have been loyal customers of this game it has virtually destroyed the concept of the game. Not because of the bugs that plague this new version but rather because it has completely reinvented the game. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money.

Laughable
This text based game has added ridiculous graphic images. Your 'home planet' looks like a broken up piece of land floating in space. This is pay to win, you can buy any resource with real money & enemy players can simply buy an invincibility shield against you when you have a legitimate win against them. Almost every single player has abandoned this. There are maybe 25 active players worldwide :/ shame this game used to be great before it changed.

Most of these positive reviews (maybe all) are clearly written by the developers to improve their ratings. Frequent updates allow the real player reviews to be buried. Shameful.

Great game, hard to start
The gameplay and concept is AMAZING. The only trouble I had was starting out. It’s not clear what most things do (or I’m an idiot), but with the helpful community combined with trial and error, I have learned a lot and am enjoying this game

Real deal game
If you want a bunch of strategy and nail biting fights i would recommend this. No animation but you are still amped up when ever you attack or get attacked. Still needs more players.

The good old days
This game was formerly my favorite game. Then came the dark days the "update" that totally ruined and changed this game. No one likes this game anymore all of these reviews are total crap anyone can see that. Btw this game used to have tons of 1 star ratings but now seem to have been deleted
