Hello Galaxy I’ve been in galaxy for 10 years. This is a phenomenal app to meet new people and simply socialize. I would give this app 5 stars but I am not to profound about the way the authority is handled. For someone that’s been on here long enough. I should be a high authority by now. Some users will have one year and make it to my rank. So hopefully some changes can be made. I am happy how much improvements and bugs have been fixed. However I am a bit concerned with the connection issues lately. I hope that this can be fixed as soon as possible as well. Thank you GALAXY keep up the amazing work!

I downloaded your app today on January 22 and I’ll used it for a matter of 20 minutes and was harassed and offended in that matter of time. I have used your app multiple times, I’ve downloaded it throughout the years and I have to delete it constantly because it offends me in so many different ways. I will never be downloading this app again. I have used multiple different chat apps and there’s abuse in every single on of them but your application, the galaxy chat app is probably one of the most offensive and inappropriate apps that should be reported and when I have more time-I hands-down will be reporting your app to someone that can properly supervise and or govern the dynamics and behavior of its creators and its users. It’s the worst app out there so far..
I absolutely know that this message will be overlooked and snubbed over. I assume this because this app has no integrity just like it’s creators.

It was awesome then the update is now making my app slow and not working right I would love it if the app makers would make it go back then I will have all 5 stars

The app is ok. But there's more Indians on there than any other. But not the point. I like the app for creating characters and dressing them up and giving them different t hairstyles. I like talking to friendly people on there. But it's always cut short with this one INDIAN MAN always following me, sending me to the apps prison and blackmailing to lower my authority. I can't enjoy my time on this app. He is always there. I've contacted support system about it. I doubt they do anything about this guy. Not to mention always sending abusive chat messages calling me disrespectful names. If a developer reads this, please contact me somehow. This guy has some serious issues and needs to be stopped.

Not only is for Russians and fill with India pedophiles but they always deny your proof photo if you are a "American " they always use lies like "we don't think this is you " or " you can't use graphic editors " when it obvious me if I am holding up a proof sign . Also the chat are dead and boring full of pedophiles Indian guys begging underage girls for pics. They are creepy and gross do nor download if you are American or English as they prefer Russian and Indians only as those the only two language spoken on there !!!

Okay so I started off loving this app but lately it seems to be crashing a lot. Today I just spent the whole day trying to get onto the app yet every time I tried it just took me to a screen that said galaxy then the app would shut down. I have two accounts with galaxy and I can’t get onto either of them. The app won’t even take me to the log on screen or anything for that matter. It’s frustrating and makes me really mad since it’s my only communication with my boyfriend.

Why should we top up if we only get to have 5cu every 2 weeks? Even if it's scammers, everyone else is suffering. I have over 10,000 points and it doesn't make me want to top up any further. When I complained about it I was told to take it up with top joy but they have no inquires for this problem. It's a very annoying issue.

I get hit on all the time. You can either be dressed like a stripper with a very sexual pose or wear a burqa if you’re female. You can’t report a user unless you spend months spinning the wheel or you have to buy your status.

The app is mostly men from India who think western women are easy or loose. They don’t take no for an answer and it’s a full time job blocking creep after creep.

Did the sms services thing and didn’t get the vip status. I would give it more stars if I had got it, but I did everything and it even shows I did the sms. Need to fix that for Apple users

This may be hard to believe, but there are people with a darker skin tone. Yes, it’s true. 2 options for heads and clothes, while everything else is “white/pale”. Plus the black women look like drag queens (nothing against them). I’d like to use a softer look, like all the others have. Show some diversity and you’ll get a bigger audience.
