Tried it during the promotion period of 30 days , signed up on Instagram, ask for refund within the period and was told I would be refunded within the cycle, whatever that means , since September I’m still waiting , even with several communication to the company , apparently these people never store any customer information so don’t bother to sign up if you don’t plan to keep it , trust is important as well as following the refund policy , now they hitting with a 14 day refund which is not displayed on Instagram .Poor business dealings and customer service .
