For the first month, the camera seemed to work fine, and recorded quite a number of videos for me. shortly there after it stopped recording videos of the deer that I am trying to capture, and even though everything was correctly set in the camera, it would never record any more wildlife. after many repeated attempts at readjustment of all of the features, and, including making sure the batteries were good, and the SD card was formatted, the only thing it would record is me walking in front of it. The infrared sensor had nothing to do with it, because it would record me at night, but none of the deer that I had seen out there and there are a lot. I wrote to the manufacturer in China and they gave me a number of suggestions on how to make it work, but I had already done those things about three times. They finally relented, And gave me a refund. I must say that their customer service stands behind their product. Unfortunately, I was looking for a camera that would work for more than one month, And now I have to start shopping again.

Once you look at pictures on app, the photos are stuck on your phone. In order to delete them, you have to connect to the camera and delete small amounts at a time. If you have lots of photos, it takes about a half hour just to delete them. There is no delete all button. Select all and delete only selects and deletes a few at a time.

This app is solid; intuitive to use and providing all necessary means to live-watch your trail cam and/or access photos remotely.

Two things that can be improved:

- the app crashes frequently when you try to scroll through lots of photos; it loads 30 at a time but often shuts down altogether and you have to reboot and reconnect it. Not ideal when you’re logging on live to have more control over what’s getting filmed (for example because you KNOW there’s an animal about to cross the camera); it takes 45 secs to a minute to log onto the app, which might close the window of opportunity for you to get your shot;

- the built-in WiFi connects ‘only’ to your phone, not your router. Unless your PHONE is within 10 ft of the trail cam (even if your router IS within 10 ft), you can not remote-access it. Not an issue for me as I use the trail cam for backyard birding, but might be useless to others.

A minor quibble: the ambient temperature sensor displays approx. 20F too high; unsure whether that’s a hard-or software issue, but even during the Great Freeze, the cam app cheerily insisted it was a balmy 10F when our pipes nearly froze. Again; not a real concern, just a note.

All in all, it’s not pretty or flashy - but crash issues aside, it lets me observe everything from the comfort of my home.

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. Out of many of the trail cam apps I use, this one is my favorite. I use this for my WiFi garde e6 and my cellular x50. WiFi cam is great to have on a tree near my stand (within sight). I can connect and upload all photos and videos from my stand. App is easy to use and connects every time. The cellular cam I leave up north 150 miles from home on public land year round with an external battery pack. Transmits the lite videos every time with a notification to my phone. All around a great Application that allows seamless versatility between my different trail cameras.

Compared to another app for a different wifi-enabled trail cam, this app is at least more intuitive to use. I have not had any troubles with it so far, and it made changing the settings of my camera easy to do. I will try to remember to update after I’ve tried transferring images over the wifi.

This AP seldom works correctly. I have deleted videos and pics and they keep coming back. Info on status screen such as battery life, temperature and number of pics and videos is almost never correct. You have to be very close to the camera for the Wi-Fi to work or connect. The 45 feet they claim for distance is just wrong and incorrect, more like 4-6 feet.

When I connect my phone to the camera to access the videos it works but after a while it won’t play the remaining videos I have yet to look at. Furthermore, when I come back to the app a few weeks later, it still contains footage I deleted long ago. It’s alright but it can put some stress on me 😤

I installed everything and initiated the app. It worked once and fails to hook up via bluetooth. This was a great disappointment! Don’t bother wasting your money!
