Great company...app needs work.
I love Gemporia! Great company, great people and fabulous jewelry! Unfortunately the app is not as great. First, I pay for wifi usage and would like an option to turn the video off on the iPad app. That aside I have had some other issues as well and many times have had to switch to the website for ease of use. It won't stop me from shopping but I would like to be able to use the app more.

New upgrade more like downgrade
The previous version where the screen was stationary was fine. I now have to move an even smaller screen around multiple times to see merchandise specifics. If you know anything about Gemporia you know that it is an auction site, and auctions move fast. Therefore, it delays my ability to bid on an item causing me to miss out. Other bugs included in the “new upgrade” are when you are watching the gems channel and purchase something it defaults back to the main channel. I’ll stop there because I don’t even know how to explain the numerous bugs I’ve encountered just today. I am a huge Gemporia fan. So my negative review is strictly directed at the mobile app. I give the actual company 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Very Temperamental App
While I like the premise of this app, it comes with too many problems, especially when it has too be updated. Every time they try to update and improve this app it takes weeks sometimes to work out the bugs. While that is fine for the IT team, when you’re looking to see what items you have bought, in your “my jewelry” section and it has trouble downloading your items, this is very frustrating. Too many times I’ve had to delete the app and then reinstall it. Why is this necessary? Very frustrating

Don’t download - App no longer even opens!
Worst upgrade ever!!!! Now the app starts to open - and immediately shuts down without ever fully opening. Totally useless. To make it worse they won’t let you use the app without “upgrading” it to non-functional. Great way to lose customers as there isn’t any other easy access outside UK (no working smart phone/tablet ap, no tv channel anymore - only option is via internet which is sporadic in terms of access compared to the other methods).
Please fix this wretched application ASAP! You have succeeded in making it completely unusable!

Fantastic Gemstones at Great Prices
Love, Love, Love their jewelry!! I have bought from all the others, but nothing compares to Gemporia! I don’t want simulated gemstones and Gemporia offers the real deal at prices the others offer the fake stuff. Yes the app has issues. I wanted the US price, however it would always revert back to UK. But, I shop here for the jewelry screw the app!!

Always seem to have issues w/ scanning
I love watching and learning about all of the beautiful precious Gemstones.
My problem exists with having 3 different Apps for ONE Gemporia. It boogles my mind to think that in this day and age some well paid geeks can't be paid to combine into one SINGLE App!
For example, HSN, QVC, JTV, EVINE and so on have all managed to supply customers AFTER they sign one with different apptitudes and variety of icons to see account balance, history, etc.
I truly hope that Gemporia can get their stuff together enough to PAUSE the Cha Ching that I am sure rolls in AND do some much NEEDED UPDATING of their App!

A great company to order from. Very knowledgeable presenters who make you feel at home. Gem Quality is excellent. I have been able to learn a tremendous amount of information about gems their origin and the people who mine them . The work that Steve does with the families of the mine workers to help them learn to better their lives is incredible. There should be more companies like this one in the world! It would be a better place!

Gemporia is a wonderful way to buy jewelry I love their beautiful and amazing variety of stones. And their prices are the best, also love that they let you return everything your not happy with not just their more expensive items.
I have had problems with the app. It tends to freeze up when you try to buy or when you put a certain size ring in your basket and they are out of that size it will not let you go back and order a different size ring. Thank You for a wonderful jewelry shopping experience Gemporia!!!

Gemporia app...brilliant!
This is by far one of the best apps on my phone. I can watch and shop the auctions from any location. In fact, I do the majority of my purchasing from the app.
The is an amazing company that offers incredible deals on real, highly valuable collectible jewelry. It's the only place I buy my jewelry now. Can't beat the prices. Goodbye retail jewelry store...I don't miss your ridiculous mark-up on prices and lower quality.
