So grateful!!!!!
I was in labor for four days! this app helpEd me keep track of over 1000 contractions, help me get through the toughest time of my life, to stay calm and positive. I really didn’t know how much I needed this app or how much it would help me until I decided to start using it during one of my contractions in the early stages. I used it so much that even my husband picked up on all the encouraging words and how much it was helping me that it gave him courage and words of affirmation to use during my Labor and birthing he was able to get me through it all. My only suggestion would be for the app to have dark mode feature (maybe this is available in the paid version?) Because it’s hard to look at the screen when you’re so exhausted and contracting in the middle of the night other than that I am so grateful thank you!!

Crucial for determining ACTUAL labor
This saved me from having our 4th baby in he shower I think. Contractions woke me up but because I’d always been induced with the 1st three kids, I didn’t believe they were anything serious. So I did all the things I knew to slow them down: moving, drinking water, taking a shower, but I started tracking on this app, which I’d already downloaded and was ready to use, just in case there was a rhythm or pattern to them. There was! After lengthy births before, this one was different and the app helped us with the urgency we needed to get to delivery within 20 min of Baby’s arrival!😂😭😅😅😅

Labored to 8cm thinking I was “just starting.”
This app helped me stay SO PEACEFUL during labor. I was 8cm when the midwives arrived at our home because my husband was able to watch the pattern of my surges. Even though I was almost to transition, I genuinely thought I was still in early labor because of how well this app helped me breathe through each surge. Only downside was that the audio paused whenever the screen timed out or was switched to another app. Not sure if it was an app glitch or a glitch with my phone.

Easy, nearly painless birth!!
Using this contraction timer was a highlight of my recent birth. Used in combination with the GentleBirth app, I was able to achieve an easy, quick, nearly painless birth! I recommend the GentleBirth program and Tracy to every pregnant person I know. Even the L&D nurses were impressed with this app. And the price is unbelievable affordable. Other hypnobirth programs charge thousands of dollars to access content of this caliber. I seriously can not say enough good things about this app and GentleBirth program.

Made my natural birth possible
The App is user friendly and useful (even free). Once my contraction got more intense I started using the speak feature and she talked me through each contraction as they got longer and more intense. It saved my mental state and kept me on track. My husband even noticed how much more relaxed I became with her guiding me through. The App also tells you when it’s time to head to birth center/hospital. Were so thankful for this App and it’s effectiveness!

Empowerment and convenience
I gave birth at home and downloaded the GentleBirth app and contractions app to prepare for labor. The contractions app is easy to use, connects to the music in the other app, and fully helped me in labor. I started labor around 2am and found that I was totally empowered by being able to track my own contractions so conveniently! Highly recommend as it helped me to know when to call my doula and midwife and be comfortable laboring at home.

Transformed my labor experience
I wish I knew about this app when I had my first baby! The meditations made my second unmedicated delivery so much more manageable and truly kept me grounded. The app was simple and intuitive. I found I was able to use it myself because it was easier than indicating to my husband when to stop and start. I could not recommend this enough!

A must have for gentle birth!
Absolutely love this app. The timer makes recording contractions really easy and the contraction coaching is so peaceful and nice. It’s like having a support person in your ear telling you just what you need to hear. I used the hypnobirthing app in the weeks leading up to birth and have found it super calming & helpful for preparing for a peaceful labor. Highly recommended!

Simple
Quite simple to use - my only hiccup is when I click “contraction timer start,” my mind thinks I need to hit “start” again with the next screen, which stops your contraction.
