Awright fowk! In this update I added all 4 constituent countries of the United Kingdom, so you can now explore England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Go and learn their flags, capitals, maps, population, GDP, and more. Their flags are now included in flag quizzes, so can you remember them all?
I also had to update the status of Afghanistan, since it has been overtaken by Taliban in August.
In addition, I improved few things in the UI and added ISO 3166-2 codes where applicable.

This update adds the European Union with all the data and member countries. EU is an organization like no other and in many cases it can often be directly compared to other large countries. Now you can learn everything about the European Union and its members in Statistics and Quiz. I even created a new type of quiz – can you tell which countries are the members of the EU? It’s not that easy!
I also updated the data for phone and internet usage, improved cartograms for continents (the colored maps), and added zooming buttons to the Blind Map quiz (you can still zoom by swiping one finger up or down).

After a significant delay, I finally changed the data sources of this app. The latest data are from the United Nations DESA, the International monetary fund, and the World Bank. You will notice more prominent text throughout the entire app, including large titles on every screen. The existing Dark Mode has been completely reworked for integration with iOS 13, so the app will adapt to your system preference.
Due to technical complexities, the app doesn’t feature Dark Mode on iOS 12 and it doesn’t work on iOS 11 or older.
I also fixed few issues, mainly related to CSV export.

The export is available from Statistics module and provides more than 24,000 raw values. You can open the exported CSV files in Numbers or Excel and then edit, sort, calculate or filter the values. The export is a part of the Statistics purchase, but provides a demo in the free version. Try it!

I love this app because it teaches me so much about geography and it’s features so much interesting facts about the world and I love learning about maps and also it has a lot of quizzes and I love quizzes because it can test my geography knowledge The only thing that I don’t like is because you could purchase half of the app and the rest you just download But if you wanna review this one is good because and I really think that you should download this app I learned a lot about geography from this app and I hope you do too.

*READ* this is a very helpful, educational and fun app. The way the app is laid out is very user friendly and the quizzes are fun to play. But this is the down side, you have to pay extra to play the quiz’s, which is okay after all it’s a helpful app. But to learn more about different statistics you need to pay an additional fee, not just one fee but a fee for each county you want to learn more about. It’s a little tricky as far as that go’s, but again the app is great I’m just not a fan of hidden fees or being miss lead. If I have the money I would open every extra in the app, so I guess it’s more the fact I don’t have hundreds of dollars to learn more about a country using just one app. Again it’s a great app, just know your not unlocking everything you think.

This is The World Factbook in the format of an app which is worth the price. All the facts you want at a click or two plus the quizzes. This is the best geography app for anyone who is interested in geography at all. Great job by the developers. Keep up the good work

Garbage Woke Propaganda
I downloaded the app because I work in Africa and I was trying to find a helpful tool to look up country info. The country I mainly work in is Togo. Looked up the country info and saw Togo has 2% unemployment…. Whaaaaa?!?! More like 50% unemployment!
Then I explored the app further…
To my disappointment… it’s such an obvious leftist woke agenda being pushed in this app. Paints America and Israel as super intolerant (while no info available for Palestine… conveniently). Ranks the USA as 80th for tolerance for minorities…. Anyone notice 2 billion dollars worth of damage in 2020 from BLM protests that were cheered on by the media? But guess who is more tolerant to minorities (per this apps evaluation)? North Korea!!!
Referring to this app will just make you more stupid. Delete it and write a review to expose the false leftist propaganda. Their states are based on nothing and are simply wrong. The unemployment of Togo being 2% (for example)

Really good but needs some improvements
I personally use this a lot and it is always useful in my life but I do have suggestions
First of all get the populations from worldometers online cause population and their frequencies are off by a bit. I suggest this cause Worldometers is the most accurate population data resource rather than going off other population charts that are from 2018,2017 or even 2019.

Why??
The app is amazing ( as a flag nerd I got the quizzes for free) but I was excited to have so much information about each country and payed the extra $1.99 for the extra statistics but it didn’t give it to me when I click on each country it only gives it to me under the statistics portion. I wanted to know a lot about each country but now that I have to search for it it becomes pointless. Is there a way to fix this?

Love the app but i have one gripe with it, and it has to do with Israel’s capital. In the app, it says the capital of Israel is Tel Aviv when it is officially Jerusalem. Israel’s capital was only temporarily Tel Aviv and was changed to Jerusalem in 1949, so I don’t really understand how this mistake could be made. I don’t feel as though politics should affect whether or not Jerusalem is the capital in the app, if Israel’s legal capital is Jerusalem then it should be Jerusalem in the app

Good for the most part
Definitely the most comprehensive geography app out there! The food only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is they include Hawaii, Alaska, and many other non-independent entries in the quizzes with the rest of the independent countries. You should either include all the states and non independent countries on the quizzes, or none.
