Get a photo manager as powerful as the search engines with GO (offered by ic2)
Search engines put huge data collections such as the web at everybody's fingertips. However, after all these years, users may still have difficulties locating or managing their photos or videos in their own much-smaller collections, even with search functionalities being available in the photo managers.
Now, GO-GetOrganized provides an interface for the photos and videos to get sorted dynamically for different needs from different users at different times using "managed" search requests.
After having built a photo album for "Trip to Australia - 2010" and an album for "Trip to Australia - 2018", would you also want another one for "The Sydney Opera House - 2010 and 2018" and another one for "The Gold Coast - 2010 and 2018"? And if you loved visiting the places very much, some additional albums like "Sydney in the Summer", "Sydney in the Winter", and "Sydney - People and Streets" would be nice to have too.
In such cases, "Search the collections to get the photos" might be a more natural approach to most people. Nonetheless, there never seems to be a "good" way to do it in any of the existing photo managers, yet.
GO-GetOrganized manages albums, search requests, and even folders, in a unified way, so that accessing different photos and videos becomes as easy as typing a new search group name and then tapping into it.
Get-Organized currently is not able to delete photos. But they can be tagged, grouped, and exported into an album, and then be deleted in the Photos app.
