Join the conversation
Giggle Talk is a public feed for women to use their voice to be heard on social media on a global scale. Create a profile with a unique username, post opinions, start conversations directly onto a feed seen by all Giggle Talk users to have maximum exposure. (“No voice is too small to be heard”), or just surf the feed and popular hashtags to stay up to date (no profile necessary). You can verify your unique username should you wish to clearly establish your credentials.
Every post requires a “hashtag title” to turn the feed into forums. Post facts, opinions, photos, GIFs and noteworthy links to enhance the conversation. Tag @users into your post or reply to initiate further conversation. To have a quiet experience, opt to not allowing @ tagging on your profile.

We do not sell your data. Giggle is free to use. We are able to maintain this by ads placements which are based upon your region. We do not track your behaviour or use targeted ads.

Making Giggle work for you
Giggle has nine “private” platforms - 3 for business and 6 soul categories. Here you create a profile, which can be used as a private web page. You can create as many profiles, in as many categories as you need. A swipe and match system is used to easily find who and what interests you. Swipe left for no interest, swipe right to connect. Mutual consent is established by both parties swiping right. You can share your profile outside of Giggle or promote it on a Giggle Talk Hashtag to increase your exposure.
Micro Groups
An experience unique to Giggle, women are able to search and wipe through profiles to create private micro-groups of up to six, where everyone joins based on mutual consent, a common purpose and can enjoy the journey of connection.
Private Message
Giggle has a private message service for the exclusive use of users in the business and soul categories. Once a match or connection has been established (called a giggle) a private message channel is opened to chat with everyone involved in the giggle.
Build an engaging profile
*Create your Giggle Talk profile with a photo, description, location and any information about yourself you wish to share.
For business, don’t be afraid to promote yourself and what you do. Use your company logo or an image of yourself, tell your customers what you and your business does. Use the geo locator to promote where your customers are for maximum rewards.

Wish this were a better app
I really want to like this app but it is just way too buggy for me to recommend. Error messages pop up way too often and swiping tends to have some lag that forces me to quit and restart the app. Plus, it keeps showing me people who are way too far away from me to have meaningful interaction with. I’m assuming this is the result of a small user base. The app just feels way too bloated with too many categories especially since it doesn’t seem like it has a ton of active users in the first place. I feel like it could use some trimming down. As it stands though, I find it really unusable which is a shame.

5 stars to counteract the sexists 💗
First and foremost I love the concept of this app and thank you so much to the creators for fulfilling the need women have to congregate online! It cannot be overstated how necessary this app is for women. That being said, there are lots of ways it could improve. To start, it’s not user-friendly. Having to make a new/different profile for every topic is messy and confusing. Makes it hard to spot fakes, and to “match” and connect with others. I also haven’t found a feature yet that allows you to view or edit your current profiles after you’ve saved them, so if you want to change anything in them you have to create new ones. It seems antithetical to an app in which the point is to create communities, when it’s almost impossible to create a “giggle” with even one other person, let alone multiple. The part with a news feed is neat, I just wish there was an option to follow or add other people. Also the option to “like” and not just comment would be helpful. If all these things were fixed, it would be an amazing app. There is so much potential here! Overall, this app is great in theory but not practice. I would love to keep going with it if improvements are made. I know it’s just beginning and this could be huge. Shout out again to the creators. 💜

So my review is actually two part:
1. For those who are saying that the app is racist and that it will reject you if you are not white or of European descent, this is flat out false. I am black, and not light-skinned black either. I am a big, beautiful, chocolate-brown, natural haired woman and didn’t have ANY problems whatsoever with creating my profile and bio and started looking for other like-minded women. So for those who said that they “heard” that you can’t even get into the app if you are not white, maybe try it for yourself instead of listening to and spreading lies. And please make sure that your lighting is good. You can’t expect it to work if you’re sitting in a dark room.
2. Now that that is out of the way… as for the app itself, I feel that it could use a little work. It isn’t as user friendly as I personally would like to see, but I am also still new to this app and learning. Once creating my profile, I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to get back to it to make edits. I did eventually figure it out, but it just did not seem very intuitive. I also do not care too much for needing to create multiple profiles depending on your interest. I have a lot of interests just like many others, and it would be nice just to have ONE profile, but then have the ability to select multiple interests.
Anyway, that’s my two cents for what it is. Give it a chance to see if it is something you like. You might just meet your BFF! :-)

Modern day phrenology.... yikes
The facial recognition is terrible. It screens out most women who do not fit the software’s specific idea of what it looks like to be a woman, ie it screens out women who don’t fit white American/European beauty standards... this software is kinda racist since it’s telling women who don’t fit the Eurocentric beauty standard that they aren’t feminine enough to be counted as women. In general the messaging of this screening software is that if you don’t pass the screening, you aren’t a real woman, which is really harmful especially to young girls. Also I’ve read some reviews that say the app straight up won’t let black women in 😬 so uh yikes
If you want to find a space for women that is truly uplifting and supportive, then this is not the place to do it. Before you are even able to really use the app, it finds a way to degrade its potential users for not fitting the perfect model of femininity. 0/10

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. This is a fake feminist app. In truth, this app is just a space where TERFs can gather and hate on people. They are racist, sexist, transphobic and bigoted. They want to imprison socialists and establish a satanic fascist government. And on top of it all, they are paedophiles. I am dead serious. These TERFs will stop at nothing to devour the flesh of stillborn children. They are crazy wicked evil, and they are aroused by the suffering of humanity. They don’t care about women’s rights, or even human rights. All they care about is the destruction of mankind. Listen to the song “Blasphemian” by Infant Annihilator and then look up the lyrics. Promising, but needs refinement
I adore the idea of a female-only space, and I came across this app via Twitter. I'm surprised that there are so many people that don't give the developers a chance to update and fix the issues that come up. It's...not like the current app version is the final one.
Anyway, poking around the app is easy enough. You can head into different topics with a different profile for each (at the time of writing) and talk with other women based on a two-party consent system. You can also report anyone you think is abusive or a potential danger as a safeguarding method.
I may not use it actively at this moment, but I look forward to future developments and will support the app for now! 👍

im a woman who gets overly feminized by snapchat filters, may jaw slims down, etc. sometimes AI mistakes me for a male. this one does not. im sure there are some actual women who do have problems with the AI, im not denying that, just saying my own experience as a mixed race woman , with unshaved facial hair as well! who doesnt "concorm to ideals of femininity."

I'm a black woman and was immediately approved.
The app refreshed and welcomed me. I'm not feeling well, but I smiled and took my pic—instant access. So the featured review is rubbish, and I doubt the reviewer “heard” the app rejects black women. The TRA (trans rights activists) routinely insult black women, claiming we're excluded from womanhood just like males who like pink or wear dresses are--No, black women are not excluded from womanhood. Then the TRAs accuse anyone who knows the difference between male and female of racism. Maybe I'll like the app, but I just wanted to check the facial recognition claims. Kudos to the creator for standing up for women.

Great place for women!
In general I am excited to have a female only place. I remember as a teen having that but it’s been a long time since. Being able to connect with other women about female only health issues, making friends and discussing a wide range of topics.
Pros: yay! Only open to females. There are plenty of other places where trans identified people can connect to women.
Cons: needs some fine tuning as far as user ease, also like many other apps there are limitations if you don’t want to purchase in app.

Pay to play?
I like the idea of the app, but it works more like a dating app than I had wanted. By that I mean you cannot proactively talk to anyone or begin a chat (giggle) unless you have a paid account. All you can do is show interest in talking to others, and wait and see what happens.
Maybe if two people show interest in each other they will be able to start chatting without having to pay; maybe nobody has liked my profiles back yet. But until I see that happen and I am able to chat with someone, I am going to assume that you have to pay.
I gave it a month, and in that time no one contacted me. I’ve deleted the app.
