Gina's Platform Hack 9.1 + Redeem Codes

This app looks like its perfect for any beauty type salon. There are some bugs that need to be worked out.
I need an easy way to turn off the feature of charging the credit card processing fee to the client. I haven’t been able to do that so I book clients through this app but check them out somewhere else. This makes my prices appear off and random since the fee is added to the online price.

This app has so many issues. This is NOT good for barbers who take a lot of DAY OF appointments. It’s slow, it crashes ALOT, the SMS text reminding feature fails, whenever a client cancels and requests a new date it does not alert you of the newly requested date just the cancellation. The chip reader they offer stopped working 3 months into my usage and it has taken their S3 development team MORE than 3+ months to come out with an app update to fix this. Being told “QR/text” payments are the new way. Customer service is only done by email which is extremely frustrating. Overall, for the small business owner reading this just seek another system that will hit all the marks because this one won’t.

It’s honestly the best app for professionals. Finally, an app with the right layout and theme. I also got a card reader for free with it. The money always ends up in my bank account quickly. It is the easiest and most user friendly for booking appointments. My clients like it too. All in all I would recommend this app to anyone looking to manage their business.

This app is great but it seems like it’s from the 90s. Clients can only see day of and not a week or month at a time. It brings them back to the beginning if they need to click each day.

Love it! I have had others but this one does it all. It is super easy and everything is all in one place. I am always on the go so this helps me manage my clients when they book and pay. If you want to be organized and look professional, this app is for you.

I was hoping to swap over to this since the current platform I use had some issues. I could barely figure out how to set up the basic info in this app and I keep getting errors when I fill out the propay form. I have done it multiple times correctly but no luck.

I can’t use this app or the website on my laptop. I can use it on my phone and iPad but cannot use my credit card reader. Keep being told they are working on it and it will be a few days. It’s been almost 8 weeks.

As a professional using this app, I simply hate it. It is horrible to navigate and look at. We professionals only have the option to request that appointments not be made only up to 2 hours in advance. The scheduling is just a nightmare.

I have switched platforms and quite honestly will never use this app again.

It’s night and day from the last version. Keep up the great work!!
