Unable to pick subscriptions

I absolutely love playing this game. I would binge read all of them twice. I haven’t been able to play the game due to the subscription button on the app. I clicked on the $4.99 monthly Subscription, but it wouldn’t let me read any of the new stories. So I cancel that subscription, and I Purchased the $1.99 Subscription. And still none of the new stories will allow me to play them. When I go into the app and I try to read a new story, A page pops up and it wants me to purchase the yearly subscription. I just spent two different subscriptions and I can’t even use them. I just wasted this money, and none of the stories work because I haven’t bought the yearly subscription. And there’s no way for me to get a refund on the $1.99 and $4.99 I spent already. Please fix this really awful issue. Otherwise I’m forced to delete this app which I rly don’t want to do.

Glitch

If u are thinking about downloading this game my review may not be the best to read I’m mainly writing it for the developer. I LOVED this game. I played the first story and loved it but when I tried to play another story after the tutorial it black out. I tried another story and it didn’t black out but it froze. I have deleted and downloaded this game a million times and have done everything I can do as far as I know to maybe stop it from happening. It isn’t my tablet bc I’m not having trouble with any other games. If it isn’t the game then my advice to ppl think about downloading this game is go for it! It is definitely a great game. To the developer plz look at this and see if there is anything u can do. I haven’t heard of anyone else with this glitch so it is very likely it not the game but just look and see. Thanks! 🙂

I don’t know what’s going on

I have this app for a certain amount of time and I getting kinda stressed. Look the app is good but I only get to play one episode or scene. I press the ad button on the lock thing but it keeps on saying something is wrong it even says that when I have perfect internet. This makes me annoyed and stressed. I didn’t use the buy thing so everything will be free but I don’t want to waste hard earned money for a game that I might delete in the future. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work! I even tried contacting the developers but nothing has changed. I have tried EVERYTHING! Can you please tell me what is wrong or what I am doing wrong. Overall this app is good. It has good games on it and everything :). That is the the reason why it is two stars and not one. Please tell me what is wrong with this!

Good game but...

This game is pretty cool. The stories are engaging and the characters are pretty great, but it has two major bugs that really need to be fixed.

Bug #1: Your membership sign up is broken. I bought the 4.99 a month membership so I could play without ads and have access to all of the games, however after purchasing nothing seems to happen. I've tried restarting my phone, turning the game on and off again, even deleting the app then re-downloading it to see if maybe I would have the membership installed. Nope. I still can't play the other stories and I still have to watch all the ads, speaking of which..

Bug #2: The ads only work after a short period of time. I can only play a chapter of this game once a day, after that the game is unable to download anymore ads. Usually this would be a problem with the internet, but no. The game seems to have a limit on how many ads you can watch before the loading process just shuts down completely. This happens no matter where I am, at my house, the store, school.. It's a huge problem for the players and developers. Please fix this soon?

Ads not working

I love this game so much but what bothers me is that when I play and I want to push an ad to get a certain item such as a hair style or the next level it always loads and says sorry having trouble loading ad. I have tried deleting the app multiple times but it always says that. I even restarted my I-phone same thing I have tried so many strategies but it’s anyways the same thing please fix this it’s making me mad 😡 I don’t want to delete the app but if I can’t play then their is no reason to even keep it on my phone 📱 so please please fix it thank you for 📖 reading my review- Gabriella!

Good game but…

Ok so, the game is really good, don’t get me wrong. But when I click on a story the loading takes forever. Idk if anyone else notices but it’s annoying. Bc I get bored waiting. And I have other things to do threw out the day. It’s rlly frustrating. I only rated it five stars bc it is rlly good. The loading just takes forever. 2..it’s rlly glitchy ( at least for me ) like when I click on a story it boots me out of the game. This might be all, but just plz, make the loading faster!
But like I said. Overall, the game is great. Ty for making the game. I’m so grateful!🤍

Its fun but…

Ok so this game is really fun. But I have one issue. When your my age (no need to specify) you don’t really want to spend money on a subscription for an app when you would rather buy others things that are wise uses of ur money. This app doesn’t let you go beyond a certain point in the game without paying the subscription which is very frustrating. I get when some stories or outfits are apart of the subscription but ALL the stories? I feel like it’s a rip off and very disappointing. I would play this game all the time if it wasn’t so ridiculous. Fix this issue and you’ll get me to play, but rn I won’t be giving this game any of my time.

Good, but..

I got this game years ago, and uninstalled it as I got older. I recently installed it again and it’s still amazing, but it’s gone slightly downhill. I can’t even play a whole story now because some episodes are locked, which is slightly disappointing. I have a recommendation on how to make it more interesting with stories, if you make someone watch an ad to unlock a full story for a day! It would be awesome to finally finish a story, as I was never able to before. And more stories would also be awesome, thanks for reading my review!

I can’t even play!

I just downloaded this app and was about to play vampire love story and the yearly subscription pops up. There was no exit button so I just waited. And the exit button still didn’t pop up! I tried turning off my tablet then turning back on again. Then I went back into that app. And tried play vampire love story. Then the yearly subscription pops up again! It’s like you can’t play anything without the subscription! Even the ones that don’t have the lock symbole! And I’m looking at the reviews and as far as I can see It doesn’t even work! I’ve had this app before and before it worked perfectly. I don’t know if I’m the only one with this problem, or if it’s just a stupid glitch. Anyways please fix this! This is one of my favorite apps!! It’s so annoying!
