I like it but…
I like this game I really do but I don’t appreciate the false ads. I started playing because of the whole “put these codes in get 1mil diamonds. Can you spend it all?” I thought sweet a game where I can actually have the diamonds for summons and gear that’ll be nice. Because I mean everyone knows that to get certain stuff you have to do certain stuff. Anyways I like the game I just started and I’ll keep playing but take those ads unless your actually going to fulfill those promises on those ads.

Deleted reviews and false advertising
Look to start off the game IS FUN! it’s got great artwork many things to do just a fun idle game it really is. So it bugs me greatly you keep false advertising on multiple social media sites and EACH ONE says something different. Be it a add from another game or on tiktok or something, you promise new players a million diamonds if they do such and such.
FIRST it was “enter these codes and get it in your mail!”
Then it was “log in everyday and play for such and such time and get it in your mail!”
Now its “I bet you can’t spend a million in a month! If you do we will give you a million!”
I’ve played for months. I even spent money on this game and no promise given to me was ever fulfilled. Not only that but why is it an issue to even buy things? Literally every time I wanted to buy anything I would have to contact support, get a VPN and literally change my entire network. At first I was told it’s my network and connection but uh I changed providers for this. And nothing helped except having to manually bug your support team.
All in all IT IS A FUN GAME the low rating is the fact I continue to see your false advertising. You constantly change the wording in your promises, they are lies all lies. Also stop deleting my review I am a active player been playing almost half a year now. Stop the lies you don’t need to lie to being players to your game

Account reset
Ao I was really liking this game at first granted they do false advertise as far as giving away a million gems its more like 1k for free off the jump but whatever. The reason I am giving this one star now is because I logged into my account after the server update an merge only to find my account was reset to zero. Yes i spent money and alot of money I had all of the SR and R cards and about 3/4 of all the UR cards not to mention all the grinding I did to level up my UR cards and the the duplicate collecting to upgrade the star level now my account is back to vip 1 i have only the 3 characters you start with all my gems are gone an money is gone. I spent a lot of money on this game just to basically have it stolen this is not ok and needs to be resolved. I will change my rating if they fix this error if not I will pursue other means legally otherwise.

False advertising, Meh Idle Game
I’ve never bothered to leave a review but these practices are shady and need to be mentioned before anyone should download this game. I’ve entered the codes GC777, GC888, GC999 and GC2022 that promise a SSR Light Girl, 100,000 diamonds and VIP13 (which doesn’t exist in their game so they just made it up it only goes up to VIP11) and I have received none of what was advertised based off of their video ads. Based off other’s reviews customer support is also no help so they give meager rewards for those codes but NOT what was advertised. It’s a meh idle game, I’ve played more engaging ones. It’s also an idle game I will not be supporting monetarily for their shady business practices and false advertising if you want new players cool but don’t falsely claim they’ll receive cool heros and free VIP benefits up to a non-existent level in your ads.

Abusive Devs and GM’s.
So I have a big issue with the Developers of this game considering there seems to be and issue with the Devs/GM’s abusing their power in game and force taking over top guilds and then demanding people pay them $50 paypal to stay in said guild. I was offline one day for thanksgiving and the next day I get on to find that the GM of my server had kicked me from the guild I was leader of and had taken over so I messaged him to see why he did only to be sent a link for the Douche to send me a link to his PayPal and demand $50 to get my guild back so I took screen shots of the message and screen shots that the guy was a GM and went to the support page for the game only to be told by support that “ it wasn’t their problem” and to “just deal with it”. So yeah the developers and GM’s for this game are complete and literal scum.

They put out false advertising so honesty is an issue on that front. Having already been out awhile I still see the false advertising. Time zones can an issue and as of yet been resolved. You change it but I got issues either but more so in mine. Freezing, getting kicked out or pages just not responding. Not to mention issues with buying. Not a lot but they do happen. Heavy grinding for certain characters or money is need to get the best. Slow if you play for free. Heavy pushing you to do certain actions even past the being every time you unlock something new.

Kind of a False Advertisement
i like the game because its like a little spin-off of their other game Idola Phantasia Saga. And I like that game, but the adverts that you guys put out for this game are literally bait and false. The codes that you presented in the ad promised a set amount of summons, a set amount of gem rewards, and a specific character rewarded to you. But when you redeem the actual codes from the advert into the game itself, it gives you BARELY enough leveling stones and one(1) summon ticket and maybe 200 gems at most. So yeah. That's kind of disappointing to see from one of my fav mobile game devs.

This game is not what it seems
I was on Instagram scrolling and messing around to come across "girls connect: Idle hero RPG" and it came across as like some old school like "witch" on steam to me for some reason and I was like "bet" and they also have codes that give "1 mil" I mean even afk arena seems more believesble then this crap and lying still I kept playing for awhile and I got my girl thing with a snowman on her head to 78th or Smth since she's 90k and it was actually fun until after 4 weeks the game kept crashing and I tried reinstalling but didn't work.
Also I saw some guilds getting taken over GMs and I just wanna say that you all need to stop taking over the players will because this is ridiculous.

False advertising: Do not recommend
I, like many, downloaded from ads that promised many rewards, such as a free Light hero, 100,000 diamonds, and even one promising 1 million diamonds, and if you spent them all in a year you would get another million. I, like many, was fooled, as this game gave none of what its ads promised. Every time I see a game with ads with false advertising like this, I WILL rate them 1-star, regardless. Had it not had false advertising, I’d rate it 3 stars. Decent character designs every so often, but pretty mediocre in regards to everything else. If you want an idle game, just play AFK Arena or something tbh. Overall, Mid/10, will not recommend.

I’m not an imbecile I know how to push buttons
all I wanted todo was switch to a more active server instead I have been in a twenty minute noob lesson on how to hit buttons that I already know how to push and vip is back to scratch I understand starting everything else over but the money I spent on not getting extra perks disappears from server to server ( points you get via cash status won’t transfer between servers so once you pick one you shouldn’t switch if you choos this game at all) I would recommend trying to find some way of at least transferring credit and having a skip tutorial option
