GlennKessler for iOS 4.0 may have just come out, but we're back with another packed release. Here's what's new in GlennKessler for iOS 4.1:
∙ Enhancements to the article reading interface. We took the time to do a full rewrite of all the code related to the reading experience, and as a result, everything is now better and faster. Some changes: links are finally tappable — and you don't lose your spot if you tap on one, the author byline appears at the top of every article, embedded videos play more consistently, dynamic text size is supported, and articles are downloaded and cached before you even tap on them, so you can read offline.

The app displays the five latest articles and gives you a summary of each, along with the Pinocchio rating. And if you tap the “Save for Later” button, it’ll automatically be saved to your phone to read later. Speaking of which...
∙ Saved Articles. You can now save any article in the app to read later. To save, either left swipe on an article or tap the share button and then hit save. Debate
Great to have someone checking facts. I always check Kessler after important events like this. Generally, I agree with findings. But many lies go unchecked. When Sanders says that we pay 10 times more for drugs in US than Canada, that is not true. We pay more but not 10 times more. When Sanders says we can lower drug prices by 50%, that can’t be true if average profit margin is 15-18%. These facts can be verified!
