Pretty Good
I'm not happy with how much it ends up costing, and that it's separated into two apps. But I've been playing with it for the past three days, and it's an incredibly fun and stable app.
I'd love to see more control over the VHS and Camera filters in future updates. You can't really use the VHS filter without completely crushing your image in upload mode, and it'd be nice to use Camera without the noise.

It’s come a long way
I’ve been using Glitché for a few years now and the tools available are much better than they were originally worked. Plus they doubled the variety and gave them broader control. Granted it is somewhat of a learning curve to get to understand its function but once you do, it’s well worth it. These guys are awesome.
The Glitché app can import video and you can create 15 second clips and continuously layer them up with more effects without reloading your output.
What confused me for a minute was when this app Glitché video app came out. It is solely for being able to record video while using the filters and effects live. It’s not as robust as their core Glitché yet but still kicks the rest out of the room

Though some may wish for more image manipulating control — I prefer to have the random generators that I find here. I have experimented with the tape machines of yesteryear and have added a dozen sharpen filters on my pre-HD mini-DV footage in Final Cut 4.0, and the like... and the thing that all those wonderful approaches has that GLITCH CAM shares in too — is “the happy accident” you discover amidst the process of mining for aesthetic gold.
There are some fine qualities to those retro processes, and GLITCH CAM allows you both the interesting beauty as well as the experiential moments of discovery... when you happen upon a “happy accident” that, trust me, you could NOT have planned for ahead of time.

Do not update if you have bought filters previously❗️❗️
I was excited when I saw this app had an update. It was by far my favorite camera app, so much that I actually spent money on it to unlock the filters that were behind a paywall. I thought that the new update would bring even more filters, that I would definitely consider paying for. Well I open the app and see all the filters I bought previously are once again locked. Restoring purchases does nothing. Can I at least get my 15$ back if I can’t have the filters anymore? I’ll still give 2 stars because the filters the provide us for free are cool but it would be an easy 5 stars without this complication.

This app is actually really cool. I wasn't too sure about downloading because there were no ratings or reviews but I did anyway and I don't regret it. Since this is a free app, there are some in app purchases but it's understandable because of how cool the effects are. I would totally spend some bucks buying the filters. Anyway, the free filters are pretty cool nonetheless. 10/10 would recommend if you're into cool photo manipulations

Used for video art college course
Amazing for creating ideas and is first app that I have downloaded through the never ending scroll of apps which are disappointments. I would invest some time in this one for sure.

This app is dope, just like Glitché. People are leaving bad reviews cause you gotta pay for some of the filters, who cares? They're worth paying for and they work well. Sometimes you gotta pay for good quality, well worth it to me.

I accidentally downloaded this app and quickly deleted it, however I noticed that there wasnt a price, after It downloaded the App Store said purchased and it shouldn’t say that if there was no price. Is this app free or..? But most importantly Is there anyway to get the money back if money IF money was taken because my phone is connected to my mothers credit card:(

Love Glitch Cam!
Just like Glitché for photos, this app allows me to capture awesome effects and art by just pointing my iPhone at virtually anything (a paper towel roll for example). IAP’s are reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend!
