Lacking!
This app looks so high tech on the surface, but is absolutely disappointing when trying to use it. I never even got to really use it because it comes with only two choices for your whitening schedule & it doesn’t allow you to customize it at all. I do not want to use it twice a day, only once. But no way to make that an option. Having an interactive app that would help remind me to use it & log my days of whitening was absolutely a feature that made me want to purchase this expensive upgraded system. With it now being basically useless, I’m very disappointed & feel cheated! Glo Company take the money your making off the product & reinvest in a quality app interface that your customers can actually use!

Broken app doesn’t even pair with the device
This app is broken. Numerous attempts to get it to pair with my Glo Pro Power wireless mouthpiece fail, miserably, no matter what measures I’ve taken (such as deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, etc.). Given how expensive the device is, you would think the app would actually work even just once. While the actual teeth whitening regimen seems to work, this app is utterly & completely useless.

Garbage don’t waste your money
Doesn’t even work - relies on pairing with your phone to use and is NEVER able to connect. Waste of money, also way too complicated to use when it used to connect. It’s a lot easier to just use white strips once for 30 min rather than reapplying this crap multiple times every 8 minutes.

Completely useless app, can’t use the device without the app. Guess this is a business ploy to force early adopters to upgrade. Nice try, done with this company.

I hate having to use an app And register
Update. The ap is no longer working rendering my expensive device useless and worthless.
Previously I gave three stars for sometimes working.
Firstly, I resent having to give personalized information to get an expensive device to work. The app doesn’t seem to recognize the device periodically, not sure why. The treatment has removed stains but is a bit cumbersome with a gadget coupled to an app that sometimes doesn’t work.

App does not log in
I would like to use the device, considering how expensive it was, and now the app won’t let me sign in to use it. I have tried logging in with my account, logging in with Facebook, setting up a new account, setting up a new account with Facebook, deleting and restarting the app, but all result in a loading screen that does not resolve.

Needs Debugged
This app worked great for my first session of whitening. Since then, the app states that I have done all three steps for the day when I press begin on the first. It also does not record that I have done my whitening on previous days like it is supposed to. Love the whitening kit but the app is lacking.

Useless
Worked for the first whitening treatment and that was it. It doesn’t actually control the mouthpiece. It’s basically a reminder to do the treatments every day. Just use the instructions to control the mouthpiece with the button on the power pack and you’re good to go.

Great product, terrible app
The teeth whitening and the design is great. However the app is terrible, and you can’t use product without the app. The app doesn’t keep track of your past sessions like it should, now I am randomly locked out of my app but can’t reset the password bc I’m still waiting for the reset email.
