Rick204yt,
Simple and powerful
It has taken me a long time to find a simple glucose meter and this is it. I’ve worked with other ones that have gotten really complicated and then they ask you for a lot of money but this one hasn’t done that. I like it because it’s simple and it give me just a basic information I need. If you’re looking for a simple basic glucose meter log this is it enjoy it. I hope you enjoyed as much as I do. oh, the most important thing I like about it as it is, if it is accessible for blind people. And I’ve been using it for a while, and I really love it!
Keyser Sosze,
So far, so good..
Newly insulin dependent and need to track sugar. Whatever the email issue was, is fixed. This is a great Truly Free app that does everything it says. After only a couple of days, I stopped using another app and rely on this one. Some other comment asked about a donate button as opposed to a subscription, I would absolutely donate a few bucks. Anyway, to the developer, Thank You for making a great app!

There is NO need to add history, surgeries or medications to this app. I am a 30 year Paramedic and if you are unable to speak to us and you have filled out the important info in the Emergency Access to ID part of the built in Health app, we can get all the information we need, even if your phone is locked. Please do NOT ruin a great, simple app.
ndj0825,
Great app.
Very east to use. Records blood sugar, weight, A1C, blood pressure and cholesterol. Automatically records the time; just tap on the measurement context (before breakfast/after breakfast, random, etc.). You can add comments (what you ate, excercise, whatever). Displays blood sugar in an easily readable format that is color coded according to sugar levels (red, yellow, green). Charts results daily, weekly and monthly. Has a statistics page summarizing history. Can send results to whomever you want. Very well designed in my novice opinion. I’m new at this, but it’s simple. Only takes a few seconds to record a reading and it’s context.
Bookdiva56,
I absolutely love this app!!!
I’ve only been using this app for a couple of weeks. I recently discovered I was slightly insulin resistant, so I wanted to keep track of my blood glucose, blood pressure, and weight after making some serious changes in my diet and lifestyle.

I love that you can record all of those in a single app and my very favorite feature is the notes!! I can put in what I eat at each meal while I record glucose after eating and I can explain any other issues with weight, blood pressure, etc. I’m a data nerd, so this thing was made for me!!!
callricky,
GLog
I like the idea of letting you use the whole app for free without an end date. Because of this, I find myself wanting to donate to the development more apps by this developer. I've even recommended this app to a few of my colleagues and they love it also.
Some of them have also recommended it to there families. Two of them said they also like the concept of it being free and would also like to donate to the development of new apps by this developers.
Thank you GLog
Nicholet182,
Really love this app!
It keeps me from skipping days and times when I should be monitoring my sugar. Love that it allows me to make notes which for me means logging the food I consumed and learning what effects my sugar. For instance I just learned maltodextrin, a common zero calorie/carb drink causes my sugar to jump 20 points with just two sips of the drink. Enjoy how easy it is to enter my information.

I would love this app even more if there was a way to log minutes of exercise and graph it. Thanks!
mellodi92,
So easy, has everything I want!
Was diagnosed with GD during pregnancy and had a history of gestational hypertension so this time around I have to take frequent blood sugar and blood pressure readings at home. This is great because I can put them all in one place, it records the date and time automatically, has both glucose and blood pressure readings, and I can write notes for every reading with what I ate or was doing, it’s been great for tracking my vitals and so easy to use!
Mickey1214,
Very easy and useful
If your looking for an app that allows you a one step way to track your info. This is it! The convenience go one one entry that saves the info in such clear and easy to read bold type is very useful. Open the app and hand the phone to your physician or print a record for your health file. I’m using the app for my wife’s daily tracking. A whole lot easier than the refrigerator dry erase board.
Notsointuitive,
Thank you
I’ve been using GLog for about 6 months. It is so easy and exactly what I need. Before getting this my documentation was very much out of sight out of mind, but now I am more aware of my numbers. I use the notes to make me more aware of my choices. My doctor loves it too. I’ve emailed my results to the clinic and share my results every time I go in.
Thank you for such a powerful device. It’s such a wonderful tool helping me to get my diabetes under control.
cwalenm,
Love this log!
Being a new type 2 diabetic your tool is a wonderful place for me to trend my blood sugar. Having the ability to have my log available at any time is valuable, especially for my doctor.
The additional value of logging my blood pressure and weight are important to me. I find this tool to be very user friendly. Thank you!
