I love this app!
I have been doing the routines everyday for 2 weeks and there is actually a noticeable difference in my neck and jawline! I didn’t really have expectations… I was just trying to do something natural to perk up my skin. And so far I’m really surprised and pleased with the results. It’s also so relaxing. I do it at night before bed and it feels nice to pamper myself. My only negative feedback would be that the app has some technical issues … there are a couple exercises that don’t have audio. And one time it logged me out and it took a few tries before it let me log back in. But that’s it! Totally worth it. I’m totally hooked. Now it’s become part of my nightly routine and I look forward to it. I’m actually excited to see more results as I continue on! 😄

Great product, terrible app
If I could rate the effectiveness of the exercises, Glowbe would get five stars from me. I’ve been a subscriber for over a year and a half and it’s absolutely become part of my daily routine. It keeps my face feeling young and fresh and the effects are very much noticeable.
That being said, this has to be one of if not the most poorly designed app I’ve ever used. It’s EXTREMELY buggy and glitchy. It will reset your progress randomly after hundred day streaks and randomly log you out (oftentimes making it impossible to log back in) making you wait for days on end to even be able to use the product you’re paying for - which is even more frustrating considering you have to complete the current day you’re on to unlock the next day and eventually the next week. I’ve contacted support too many times and they are negligent at best as these problems continue to occur. They really do nothing for you.
Again, great program - but the app is absolutely not worth the money. You’re probably better off subscribing for a short amount of time and copying down the exercises for yourself.

Clean, Simple, Easy exercises with powerful results.
The exercises on this app are easy to follow along with and perform and yet so effective. The timing is great…we transition from one exercise to the next at just the right time (not overly repetitive or time consuming) and with enough variety to keep me engaged.
My face and scalp feel both invigorated and relaxed all at the same time. I look more refreshed. I love the relaxing background music. The instructions are precise and informative. The model doing the demonstrations is great. The variety of exercise options is fantastic (hair growth, plumper limps, depuffing, etc).
Overall, a beautifully designed and executed app and curriculum. I only wish I’d discovered it sooner!

Session 1
Just completed my first session and my frown lines at the sides of my mouth are gone. My under eye bags are so much less noticeable. My lines at the center of my eyebrows are not there. I can’t believe it’s that easy to get rid of these lines. Wish I hand found this app ages ago. Excited for session 2 and to make even more progress. I didn’t expect to see drastic results after 1 session but I’m happy I did. I’m looking forward to seeing even better results in the future. I really like that they have someone showing you with a video and speaking. It’s very helpful to me and I think it’s great for both the deaf and blind, so they can both be included in being able to use the app.

UPDATED/ This app keeps messing up
Customer service reached out to me and they were able to fix the bugs!! Now that I can use this daily without any interference, I absolutely love it. I can tell that there is a difference in my face when I am consistent with the massaging. They also have great articles to read too. If you are beauty obsessed like me, you won’t be disappointed.

Good value
I think it’s sad this app felt the need to buy reviews and post misleading Instagram ads. This is a GREAT APP for lymphatic drainage massage. The annual price costs as much as one in-person facial massage. With COVID, I have no intention of doing any in-person massage, so Glowbe has been a life saver! If you have the correct expectations, this app is great. It isn’t going to eliminate your double chin, but it is going to improve your lymph flow, which has a range of health benefits! The interface is also very user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. The three main issues I have the app are 1. The model often does not follow the voiceover directions, 2. They ask for reviews in the app every time you use it (too much for a paid app!), 3. You have to be connected to the internet to use it.

Misled & Overcharged
The exercises and videos are fantastic. I really saw dramatic improvement in only 1 session, which is kind of magic. I was feeling crummy about my appearance, my cheeks and jaw specifically. Tried these exercises at night and woke up to a much fresher looking face and lifted jawline. Was super optimistic about continuing the exercises!

Experienced Bells Pasley
I experienced bells parsley years ago. That experience has changed my face and how my nerves react to any movements. It was rather emotional completing the first exercise truthfully; it's the first time I've touched my face in this way besides washing my face. I'm very grateful to have something easy, convenient, and straightforward right on my phone. The price can be a little expensive if you're someone like me who's paying for everything but it's worth it if you are looking to improve your appearance and confidence.

Great content-terrible customer service
I have loved all of the classes I have taken inside the Glowbe app, I would 100% recommended this to everyone!
However, I have had some technical issues and was charged $60 then lost access to my personal course. I have emailed “customer support” numerous times with no reply. It seems like they respond to reviews so I’m hoping this will get their attention and I can get it figured out.
Like another review mentioned, the pricing is very confusing. It was advertised as $60 every two months which is incredibly exorbitant but now the app wants to charge me $60 a year which I can handle. But I do not want to pay another $60 when I already paid that and lost access one day later. I feel like they stole $60 from me.

Great for Jaw Pain
Wonderful app for jaw pain caused by clenching! It’s a lovely nightly practice.
My major qualm is that I wish that there was an option to turn off the “anti aging benefits” talk. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I just want to relax and enjoy the sensation when I’m giving myself a massage or doing yoga, I don’t want to think about if I have jowls or a double chin and if I’m aging prematurely and that death surely will come to us all and what will my jaw line look like when my number is called? Just let me enjoy my mfing massage without thinking of this flesh prison. Please.
