Why and how to examine not just your failures, but your successes. Why tenacity without examination is...well, stupid! Why analytics with feel, courage, and listening make a difference. Why integrity matters. Why you owe yourself honest self examination. Why you hire values before skill. Why trusted teams can innovate. Why it is critical maybe now more than ever to look outside of your space to project the future in your space. Why you need to have the difficult conversations with understanding of more than your own perspective. And why discover, discern and disrupt may just equal relevance and success. Great Resource for Leadership Development
I have enjoyed the GLSNEXT app over the past 2 weeks as a resource for my development. I have listened to 3-4 minute topics that I could immediately apply in my day and when I have had more time listened to longer talks that provoke deep thought and reflections on my opportunities for stronger leadership. I selected a track and have been working my way through this. Thanks for putting these resources in one spot!

Video clips great team discussion starters!
Have attended Global Leadership Summit for the past 10 years and when this app came out I was thrilled! It has improved every year and has grown into a constant resource for me personally but also as a team leader. I use the videos clips weekly with teams for discussion and leadership application and HIGHLY recommend GLSnext. Leaders should be hungry to learn and this app is an all you can eat buffet!!!

This is my 2nd time at the Leadership Conference with my Good News Partners family and I've been receiving newsletters since the 1st Conference, watching podcasts I get new series from Craig Groeschel there I can truly say that I have learned a lot and even more this time around. I'm ready next year's Leadership Conference already my plan is to go back to Willow Chicago on Sunday for service, I just want to say thank the GLS 19 for the powerful Conference.

Videos don’t always play
Recently the videos don’t always play. Sometimes they close a few seconds after an attempt to play. The video quality is also low sometimes. I enjoy watching the videos when they work. Please fix the playback problem from the app, as I cannot view the videos on a website, even with premium membership. Much appreciated.

Excellent resource - needs performance improvements
Excellent resources. It is a great way to keep plugged in to develop our leadership skills through the year. The app has not been very responsive for playing the videos (v. 2.0.1.0). WCA folks you are doing a great job! Keep it up and I cannot wait until the improved version is available.
