Instead of having it as customer ID why not just put kdwp# like the old app. This new app is honestly a joke. One of the many reasons we should all just be using paper licenses like the good ol days and this is coming from a 24yr old. If you need someone who can make you app actually useful give me a shout. Smh

I would really love for those that rated 1 star to try the app again. I’ve only used it a few months, but it works perfectly and is immensely useful. It has all the information you need in nicely organized sections. I also think a lot of the poor ratings stem from the hatred for E-Tags, which isn’t mandatory for hunting, and is only a small part of the app.

For those that want a reliable, convenient resource and aren’t hung up on “the good old days,” this app will be perfect for you.

For the rest of you, take it up with the Commission.

First it attempted to route me to the new site when I logged in through the old App, but I could get nowhere with that. It wouldn’t take my birthday and then everything disappeared. I downloaded the new App but got kicked out completely several times when attempting to use the Harvest Report. After about 4 attempts I was able to report my harvest but and it does not let you report the correct harvest time. The only thing I could select was the current time. It also sure wasn’t intuitive to me that I had to “sync” my license. Hopefully things will work more smoothly next time.

Read some of the other reviews and was hesitant to use it. Gave it a shot and it was pretty straightforward for renewing my license. I was also able to add my children under my profile and update all of their licenses and tags in one shot! Seems like the bugs are worked out now.

Update; not apps fault. After pulling up emails from state lic issued realized my last name was misspelled by one letter. Entered misspelled name and app worked as it should

Been hunting Kansas for years This app is useless. Maybe because I’m non resident who knows. Old app would at least let me purchase lic to hunt. Geeeezzzz come on Kansas get with it

I downloaded and use this app with no problems. Not sure about other user reviews, but no issues here.

The app itself is adequate, but it is soo slow. Literally minutes to get from one screen to the next when checking in sometimes. And that’s IF the next page even loads. Not just when I have bad reception. Even on wifi at home. Even tried checking in with n my pc for some iWiha yesterday and was painfully slow. Very frustrating! Please fix!!!

Agree with other reviews, this app is much worse than previous one. Also agree it would be easier to base on your KDWP number rather than other personal ID info. Old app showed all licenses, permits and registrations. This one only shows license info even though I have another current permit and boat registration. Total junk IMO.

I was unable to submit spring turkey harvest report out in the field. Restarted app and phone still didn’t work. Also selected to allow to track me and didn’t auto fill unit or county on form. Finally able to submit after home a couple hours later.

Crazy bad. Can’t stay logged in. You have to enter detailed vehicle info every time you use the “check in/out” feature. This is a minus 10 star app. Whoever designed this app should look for different work.
