When looking at seat availability, it doesnt allow users to return to the home page or even change the timing without having to restart the app.
In addition, when personal details are placed, it keeps crashing when you restart the app. Forcing users to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times.

Doesn’t crash anymore but
There isn’t anything when you click on movies of fastickets. Everything is empty. When you go to fastickets and click cinemas you don’t see any cinemas on the pop up. When you click on movies no movies actually show up.

The app hasn’t been working for a while
Its so frustrating. My phone is updated. The app is updated yet i still can’t access the app to check for movie time. Its 2019 and im not asking for a lot. Fix your app. Its a waste of time as of now.

Does not work for new users
Created an account via the app and it asked me to check my email (which I did dutifully as a Marvel fan). Hooray, the verification email arrived quickly.
Here’s what really sucked. After verifying the email by clicking the link, I went back to the app but couldn’t log in. App says my account or password is invalid. I use a state of the art password generator/manager so no way I can be wrong.
Verdict: terrible ui with awful pop up. Hello, Geocities DIED because of ugly design.

Doesn’t load/open app
This app use to work even tho it was poorly designed and required a lot of unnecessary navigating. It has completely stopped working and does not load up. For a large company like this to fail in such a simple app is disappointing

Just a little bit more
Have no issues with choosing seats and payments. Works just fine. Just need a little bit more improvement for the app navigation. An update on the graphics/interface will make it look more refined as well.

Fix the app please. The checkout button is not working. It has so many problems as if the management didn’t even care to routinely check the app.

It keeps showing that there is an update but when I click update it shows can't purchase. Please specify the update for supported versions only not all versions.

Fix it! The seating plan is a blank screen! I have to sign up all over again and they don’t allow one to untick the receive promotion materials!
