Need to include Course Rating for new rule of Handicap Calculation
You have to include Course Rating in the Course menu so the new handicap calculation works as new rule. If not or if you leave 0 will give you negative handicaps.

Handicap calc is not shown correctly
Handicaps show the reciprocal number of the handicap e.g. A handicap of 10 is displayed as -60.
