GoodMic app lets you use your iPhone/iPad as a live microphone. Connect to your external speaker using either the lightning connector or Bluetooth and you're set to go. To sing karaoke, play the karaoke music using your favorite app or Web browser and just sing along. GoodMic app automatically runs in the background and your voice will be mixed together with the karaoke music from other sources. You can adjust the volume of your voice, and turn the microphone on/off.
I have to wear a mask and face shield when seeing patients in their home. Older patients struggle to hear me even when I speak loudly. Using this app connecting to my mini Bluetooth speaker which can sit on their dining room table (or some have held the speaker up to their ear…allows folks to be able to hear my instructions. Simply wonderful and effective. A wonderful tool in these amazing times…thank you…
xjustindrewbieber,
Yes!!
I can never find apps like this although I have used them since like 2013. Almost all of them stop working or get deleted off the store. Please keep this one up, and I'd love it if there were effects like reverb and etc. :D
Cahua9,
Good, convenient app
This app is good for who love to sing karaoke but can’t afford to have fancy karaoke system. You can connect to your portable Bluetooth speaker and having while at part. Love it
Keapernick,
Worst app ever, don’t waste your time.
Downloaded it and nothing happened. Google chrome showed up every time I tried to turn on/off the mic. Even after I installed Google Chrome. There was no instruction whatsoever. If you can spend your time to write an app, why not spend a little more time on add the instruction?

Hi so I started signing and installed this app because I can’t afford a microphone but I tried to use it and all it does is a horrible sound 😭
sugar4thesoul,
Don’t download this!
This app doesn’t record anything all it does is record your voice. You have to have iTunes on order to sing along, so playing your Pandora and having it open trying to sing with the microphone doesn’t work. You need iTunes.
Old Radio Lady,
What do you do with it?
Downloaded this and no buttons, no instructions, nothing. The only thing that shows is a big microphone and some musical notes. Tapped on those and all over the screen and again, nothing. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this. Deleting right now.
Vidiyawn,
Do not use under any circumstances
It has a volume meter and a mic button. It did either nothing or made a shrieking sound that can potentially break your speakers
