Slow opening
Hi,
1.) App is opening very very slow. I have Deleted & reinstalled but use less.
2.) exactly after 10 sec the app disconnects camera. No such problem in old versions.

No longer works on WAN due to IPv6
This app works fine on LAN (Wi-Fi) at a remote location, but will no longer work on WAN (Cellular data connection 4G LTE). The reason is that the carriers are using IPv6 now and the app is not setup to work with that. Until they make it compatible, its really worthless for remote viewing of your system on your iPhone unless you are at work or someplace with Wi-Fi available.
Please add IPV6 support!
Update: I learned that of you use a VPN to route your data then it will work on cellular LTE connection. Works very well.
The ads are becoming more annoying especially the ones with sounds when you are trying to check the cameras while in a meeting or at church.

Sound in ads.
The app itself is adequate for viewing my cameras. However the ads that pop up before the app launches are just uncalled for. There are no way to bypass or stop the ad from playing. And that being said the worst thing is the ads that are accompanied with sound that cannot be turned off. Many times I need to open the app while in s location where sound from my phone is unacceptable and the ad just plays away sound and all. Give us a break and at
least make the ads silent.

Great app, great view
This now my second year using it, adds are killing this good app, some adds you just can't stop it, music sound loud and most of the time I can't mute. Looking for another one.
4 cameras working remotely with this app for more than a year without a problem, updates don't stop or malfunction the use of my system 24/7. Plus tree more system in the family with no hassle Great job programer

I use this app with my iPhone and it’s working great . I wish i can see 8 channels in the same time ? Only 4 is not enough.

Doesn’t work outside of home
This app does not work unless I am in the house and connected to the home’s WiFi. My iPhone has the newest update( iOS 16 or so). I needed an app to work with my older Zosi to check cameras when not home. This was the one that did it they said but it doesn’t work outside the home. This is useless. Any suggestions?

I Agree with previous reviewers. Works well buts can’t get rid of those annoying ads. Would be nice if options to stop was option.

It works great, only for 64ch nvr, it doesnt connect to it, says "check link net states" when choosing 32 or auto.

This app has ads when open and while in operation. It's too bad for the developer and worst for the advertisers. Please, consider this review ZERO STAR.

Not working with I.os 10.2
Not working with I.os 10.2 Stop working with Cellular data (LTE) just wifi only. Please update and fix it.
