Goolwa Pilates Hack 3.37

Goolwa Pilates offer small group reformer pilates classes with a maximum of 6 participants. A range of pilates classes are offered that are suitable for beginners through to advanced participants. The Goolwa Pilates Studio is located within the Goolwa Health Co. The studio is fitted out with Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers and small pilates apparatus. Goolwa Pilates believe that regular movement is necessary to challenge our bodies and minds to feel well, move better and look healthier.
