Gospel for Kids
I just downloaded this app and I love it because it’s not only perfect for kids but it’s also a great resource for primary teachers .
I was having a hard time finding what I needed for my lesson and I downloaded this app and it just made my lesson a little easier to teach .
I love watching the videos and the music myself and the coloring is a plus what a great app for anyone ! 😊

It used to be so good
I used to use this app daily. Then about a year ago the songs would glitch and I couldn’t access them without the app crashing. The songs then started working again, but the hymns were gone and there was only the Children’s Songbook and some extras/newer, trendy songs. I opened it this morning there is literally nothing in the music portion. Even the playlist I made to practice for our Primary Program was empty. I’m devastated! I’m at capacity for storage space, so I guess I’ll just have to delete the app since it’s no longer useful for singing or learning church music. I really want to love this app, but unfortunately I just don’t.
EDITED: I gave it time and found this morning that it’s working again. Whew! I still wish there were hymns, but I’m glad it’s just working again.

Love this app in so many ways!
This is such a simple app and great for kids. I love the easy access to the kids material because it’s harder with the grown up gospel app. Everything the church does is always professional and works well, I love that the songs continuously play
A few changes I hope they make:
Continuous play for the scriptures. I often let the kids fall asleep listening to scripture stories and with this they have to swipe in order to go to the next story. I also wish you could turn off the screen as well and have it still play like the gospel app does.
I hope they continue adding material to this! It’s a great resource!

Perfect for gospel learning
My children use this app every night. Two things they request are: the ability for the gospel stories to play automatically one right after the other; and the ability to play the primary songs through Sonos speakers.

Coloring page stopped working
I’m writing this review in hopes that a developer will see it and fix the problem. Over a month ago the coloring pages stopped working. When I click on a page to color, the whole app immediately shuts down. I have deleted and reinstalled it a few times hoping it was fixed. When it’s working right my kids love this app and I love them using it! Before the coloring feature broke I would have given five stars.

Suddenly stop working
My son and I love using this app, however for the past two days we can’t play any of the Book of Mormon video (the ones after crossing the sea). I checked out one of the Old Testament videos and it played just fine. How can I fix this?

Amazing, but some bugs
This has been an amazing tool for teaching my son the basics of the gospel. But when we clicked on Jacob in the Book of Mormon, the app closes down. I tried resetting the device, deleting and redownloading the app, not sure what is causing the bug. We just switched to the Old Testament for now but if you could fix that it would be amazing!

Needs lots of work
I love this app for my daughter but it is very frustrating to use. It crashes about every 10 minutes and sometimes the coloring pages won’t work. Please fix these issues

Need to optimize crayons
My kids love the app, but when you are coloring, the crayons are so low on the screen, that on an iPhone 12, you end up swiping out of the app. I’d recommend that the developers move the colors up a bit so you don’t constantly swipe out of the page when trying to scroll through the colors

Must have for kids gospel learning
Official LDS material great not only for gospel learning, but also for entertainment of all family. I use the sing along songs on our family home evenings and my kids love the coloring books. I recommend it for anyone trying to teach children about Jesus in a fun and uplifting way ;)
