Please update this app ASAP
This app is essentially worthless and unusable. It has not been updated in 5 years according to the update history. GPA, please either do what it takes to properly maintain this app, or just get rid of it all together. Stop advertising to your customers that you have a mobile app, when in reality you don’t actually do anything to make sure it is properly functioning.

Slow and doesn’t work
This app needs work! Everytime I click on the “Access your account”, it freezes. I have to keep exiting out of the app and redoing it. I also won’t let me find a provider. Please work on this headache of an app!!!!

Ineffective
I can’t open the windows without getting a blank page or error status. The only thing it’s useful for is getting my card info and paid visit info. This app needs a lot of help.

Looking for a provider, but the coding of the search form and search results are absolutely horrible. I can’t see anything with writing overlapping and columns cut off. Absolutely horrible.

Helpful but has some issues
When you open a document, you can't go back to the previous screen- you have to close the app and login again. It is helpful to be able to pull up my info when not at work or at a computer. Mostly I use it for looking at our wellness program
