GPS Tour is a sophisticated yet user-friendly GPS app that leads you to your target coordinates. Simply enter the coordinates of your destinations and follow the compass.
Add locations in one profile to mark all the important stages of your tour. The App will use the coordinates of your tags and your current position to lead you to the location of your choice.
You can easily save your location tags and the tour profile to store it on your device. Load, edit and use your tour profiles and location tags any time and wherever you want.
GPS Tour supports coordinates in any combination of degrees, minutes or seconds. You can choose between feet and meter and can even adjust the GPS tracking accuracy.
With GPS Tour you will be able to monitor your current position (coordinates and on the map), altitude, speed, moving direction and the orientation of your device - even if you are not connected to the internet.
This App is especially designed but not limited to people performing outdoor and off-road sports such as climbing, biking, hiking, skiing, motocross, hunting, fishing, sailing, kayaking, rowing etc.
Note: GPS Tour works fully without internet connection (offline). This is true for everything but the fetching of new map pictures that have not been loaded with connected previously; all tags and your current position will still be displayed!

Great GPS that can be More
I use this app to track all my finds while Metal Detecting.
Here are the improvements needed....
When you zoom in or out the zoom should stay and not revert back.
Track your route while walking.
An arrow telling you which way to go while walking---
Example: I mark where i park my car and it has an ID tag number 50.
Later i should be able to touch that ID tag and the app tells me which way to walk.
ID tags should be replaceable with names.
Like i said a great GPS App that has so much more potential.

Used to work great!
Used to work great now the panning and zoom bounce back as soon as you move map, pretty much useless as a tool to find marked locations now. I have reached out to developers twice and have received no response. It was so good before I would have easily paid for it, now all of my saved locations are mostly useless. I’m sad

GPS Tour
This Ap works really well and gives very accurate GPS locations. Using this when rock climbing will be perfect because I'll be able to 1. Accurately record the camp site, 2. Record different climbing spots by writing their names/details to find them again later, and 3. Share these locations with my friends so that they can visit/find these locations on their own. It's a good ap. I'm glad I downloaded it.

This App Rocks
I needed to know exactly where my tree stand was located in reference to property lines that all were not marked and by using this app to lock in the coordinates of the ones that were marked I was able to zero in on the coordinates of the most crucial of the corner pins which then was able to realize I needed to move my stand about 50 feet NW because I had encroached on adjacent property. For a free app it is amazing and very accurate.

Not worth the time to download...
This doesn't even rate a star, but it won't let you send a review unless you give at least one... I got this to help me look up prospective locations. You can't save coordinates without it changing them to something else randomly when you save. So frustrating!
Also, West isn't West, it's minus... What? I always forget that I have to select the minus button whenever I put in coordinates, and my location flag always ends up in Asia Minor somewhere. There should be a default in settings you can choose to make it Western Hemisphere/Northern Hemisphere etc. I shouldn't have to select it every time. You get what you pay for here... Nothing.

Just what I needed.
This little app does everything I want it to. Basic? Yes, but that's all I needed. It has helped me more than a couple of times to locate where I was and helped me figure out how to get back to civilization. My job often takes me out in the middle of nowhere and this little app seems to always know where I am even when I have little or no phone signal.

Does everything it needs to do for me. There are plenty of other more complex programs for mapping. This is first one I have found with a credible simple altitude function showing acceptable accuracy. Mapping seems to show in better resolution than most others.
